Employee Relations:
 To coordinate and manage IR activities arising in Contract labour management & Statutory
obligations.
 To ensure counselling and disciplinary actions are in order to reduce unauthorized absenteeism.
 To look after the welfare activities under the factories act that they are complied with.
 Maintaining harmonious relation between the workers and management and handling grievances
thereof.
Payroll Management:
 Preparation of salary/wages & OT.
 Follow up with A/c's department for timely processing & pay out of salary/wages of all employees.

 To help plan, develop and implement safety training for existing as well as new employee.

 Responsible for maintaining & preparing policies related to Audit requirements.
 Preparation of formats related to Audit, Housekeeping, Security, PCI, etc.
 Responsible for Drafting, Editing and maintaining various Comparison sheet, as and when
demanded by Management.
 Data collection from various sheets, data analysation, report generation, chart preparation,
presentation, preparation of various MIS & maintaining HR records etc.
 Preparing MIS.
Recruitment & Selection:
 Involved in Recruitment activities for Permanent and Contract positions including sourcing,
screening, interview coordination & post interview follow-up.
 Scheduling and coordinating interviews, completing relevant documentation with seniors.
 Facilitating employee selection, negotiating and finalising the Salary as per internal parity, issuing
offer letters to shortlisted candidates.
 Sourcing resumes using online portals for hiring of manpower for staff cadre as per requirement &
vacant positions in organization chart.
Statutory Compliances:
 Ensure the compliance of all applicable laws (eg. ESI, PF, Bonus, Gratuity, Contract Labour) and
reviewing the documents / registers maintained for the same.
 EPF UAN KYC Updating & Online Transfer Claim Portal.
 To deal with corporate compliance audit team and facilitate in doing audit.
 Timely payment & submission of challan, Form 2 & preparation of Claimwithdrawal form. Ensure
timely compliance with statutory requirements under various labour laws.
Attendance & Leave Management System:
 To ensure that every new recruit in the company is enrolled for bio-metric finger punching system.
 Generation of reports using e-Clock software & ESSL machine (bio-metric).
 Updating of employees data, addition and deletion of punch record, correction of miss-punch.
 Updating Leave data into the system & informing employees on requirement.
 Punch corrections of late coming as well as early going, shift schedule, rules generation.
General Administration:
 Approval of the bills of labour contractors, canteen contractors, and other related agencies for
housekeeping and asset maintenance.
 Transport management, to ensuring that Shift Transport reaches and leaves factory timely.
 Horticulture Management: To ensure that horticulture is well maintained and the gardeners are
doing their job well.
 Mason work, Plumbing work, Carpenter, Painting & other administrative and utilities work to be
done, as per need basis and audit requirements.
 Preparation of Indents for Housekeeping and any other factory requirements.
 Other day to day task as assigned by the HOD- HR and Factory management etc.
