Talent Acquisition:
· Define and Set the sourcing plans for specific channels based on the recruiting targets and
budget and ensure it is in line with the company’s business and marketing strategy.
· Understanding and following Recruitment policies and SOPs
· Preparing Recruitment Requisition summary.

Resignations & Settlements:
· Talk to the employees and find out the reasons for resignation or exit.
· Communicate with the employees Manager regarding the same.
· If relieving is confirmed, finalize the late date, notice period, and communicate to the
employee about the formalities.
· On relieving day, conduct an exit interview and have the form filled.
· Collect company assets which were issued to the employee during his/her tenure.
· Calculate his leaves, any deductions, any amount due towards the employee and inform the
accounts team to settle the employee’s accounts.
