نحن ما زلنا نعاين من غياب النظام ومبدأ سيادة القانون، كام ما زلنا
بعيدين عن القدرة عن تحديد األهداف وصياغة الخطط والربامج القادرة
عىل تحقيقها، وما زلنا غري موحدين ، حيث استمرار االنقسام وتقديم
املصالح الفئوية والحزبية والعائلية عىل املصالح الوطنية والجامعية ، وما
زلنا بحاجة إىل لغة التسامح وتقبل اآلخر بعيداً عن آليات اإلقصاء ولغة
القوة بعقلية دميقراطية تحرتم الرأي اآلخر وتستمع إىل النقد البناء وتراعي
