This document summarizes the environment, materials, and evidence related to a presentation pitch. It includes images of the camera, tripod, computer, and clicker used during the pitch. Screenshots are also provided of the witness statement evaluating what went well and could be improved. The materials used to create the pitch included Microsoft PowerPoint for the slides and Prezi to organize them. A link to the Prezi presentation is included. 2. Environment of Presentation
These images were taken to display the
environment as to where my pitch took place, this
includes images of the camera that was used to
film my pitch, the controller that let me change
from slide to slide and the tripod which was used
to hold the camera that was used to film my pitch
in a straight position. this sort of environment was
suitable as this allowed me to complete my pitch
sufficiently.

3. Evidence of Pitch
Whilst my pitch was taking
place, it was filmed on a
camera which meant I was
able to see the footage of my
pitch once it was completed
and see what was good about
it and what improvements I
was given through the
feedback I had gained from
the teacher and the audience.

how could it have

4. Materials Used
Materials that I used for my PowerPoint were:
• Microsoft PowerPoint: used to format and organize the slides
that were used in order for me to present my pitch.
• Prezi: used to import all the slides from the pitch PowerPoint,
set them out in an organized manner as this was used to
present my pitch to the audience and teacher.
I used the internet for various slides that were featured on my
pitch PowerPoint, for example, I used the internet to find out
equipment that will be used for the production of the magazine
as well as the costs, I included all the references to the websites
that I found all the prices for each on in order to display evidence
that I did my own research into equipment and cost. This is the
same thing I did for the staff and cost slide, provided the lowest t
salary each job role would get as the production of the magazine
has started.

5. Conclusion
To conclude LO4, this explains about the environment of the pitch
so where is took place and what equipment was used to complete
it along with evidence of the pitch so video evidence of me doing
my pitch. Also, there is a slide on materials that I used that helped
me to create my pitch such as Microsoft PowerPoint which allowed
me to edit all the slides on my pitch and Prezi which improved the
presentation of my pitch. This evidence displays how I effectively
delivered my pitch to the audience as what materials I used in
order for me to deliver my pitch e.g. PowerPoint and Prezi because
it will make my pitch look more presentable and professional to
the audience.
