Success Highways builds students' resilience skills so they stay motivated to remain in school. Through written exercises, classroom interactions, and assessments, students explore their current lives, motivators, actions, and goals. The program identifies three key areas of concern for students: stress, confidence, and motivation in academic, social, and financial contexts. It outlines potential issues that arise if stress levels continue increasing from August through May such as dropping out, failing, or regularly missing school.
