My topic for the Behavior Modification was to lose 10 pounds by exercising at least 30 minutes a

support this goal are: phone apps and using the P90X exercise program. The thought of using the
apps, is to see the actual data and to point out unhealthy behaviors. Furthermore, healthy eating and

included prayer in my everyday workouts asking for the strength and stamina to get through the day.

rolled it around in my fingers, letting the light from the street lamps catch in all of its facets.
Beautiful. I breathe. The dark blue of the sapphire almost seemed velvety, like the night sky. Too

After a successful freshman year, my advisor encouraged me to pursue a summer research
internship. I was offered an internship through the Massachusetts Life Science Center and was
placed at Pressure Biosciences Inc. (PBI) in Medford, Massachusetts. I was overjoyed to work in
