1. Project Introduction
GBRC is partnering with GBT and regional 
towns and cities to create a plan for improving 
travel in the region, from bike and walking 
paths to buses and train connections.

TOD is described as compact, mixed‐use 
development near bus and train stops to 
promote walkability, fast connections to jobs, 
and affordable transportation.
