Msilikale Msilikale is a former university student of the Ramani Tandale project in 2011 which is one of the original World Bank pilot projects for community mapping. Msilikale has acquired more experiences since then as the Geospatial, urban planner, and community mapping working with World Bank and other partners before he went to have his Masters for two years. Now Msilikale is working as a project coordinator on behalf of the four Tanzanian Universities to deliver resilience academy programs such as Mass internship program, e-learning materials development, research, and geospatial climate risk database.
