optimise onthe potential of ourvolunteerteams
Providescoachinganddevelopmenttothe retail trainersandshopmanagersresponsiblefornewly
appointedmanagers,staff andNVQtraineestoensure effective implementationof all new and
existinginshopandclassroombasedtrainingprogrammes
• Assistswiththe inductionandtrainingfornew shopopenings;workswiththe Regional Manager
