This document provides a recipe for traditional Czech baked yeast dumplings called Honzovy buchty. The recipe calls for milk, sugar, yeast, eggs, oil, flour, salt, and plum jam. The instructions are to mix the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and let rise for 45 minutes. Small balls of dough are then made, filled with plum jam, and baked until golden brown. Once baked, the dumplings can be glazed with a milk and rum mixture and dusted with powdered sugar. The recipe was created by Šárka Nevědělová and Veronika Hebelková.
