This document provides recipes for three holiday desserts: 1) Christmas Plum Cake which contains flour, sugar, eggs, butter, baking powder and dried fruits that are soaked in rum before being added to the cake batter and baked for 15-20 minutes. 2) Snowballs (Nankhatais) that are balls of dough containing ghee, sugar, flour and cherries that are baked for 10 minutes. 3) Marzipan made from sugar, cashews, egg whites, water and rose essence that is boiled and cooked until thickened before being shaped and colored.
