I tried my hand at poetry too. This was done for a Black History Month Arts Council project on the West Indian Living Room display that was mounted at a museum in London.
The Greek pupils of 6o Geniko Lykeio of Aigaleo will always remeber the days they spend with their guests from YoUtopia Family. They send you their memories-impressions with the promise that they are going to meet again sometime in the future.

Bridget McKenzie, Director, Flow Associates
Bridget will draw on her background as consultant and manager in cultural learning, including as Head of Learning at the British Library, and on lessons from her current project developing Climate Museum UK. She will introduce some guiding principles for being ‘possitopian’ about the future and having an ecocentric worldview in the context of the Earth crisis. This will lead to some proposals about how eco-capacities could inform the public services and leadership of libraries.

Enterprise Excellence is Inclusive Excellence.pdfKaiNexus
Enterprise excellence and inclusive excellence are closely linked, and real-world challenges have shown that both are essential to the success of any organization. To achieve enterprise excellence, organizations must focus on improving their operations and processes while creating an inclusive environment that engages everyone. In this interactive session, the facilitator will highlight commonly established business practices and how they limit our ability to engage everyone every day. More importantly, though, participants will likely gain increased awareness of what we can do differently to maximize enterprise excellence through deliberate inclusion.
What is Enterprise Excellence?
Enterprise Excellence is a holistic approach that's aimed at achieving world-class performance across all aspects of the organization.
What might I learn?
A way to engage all in creating Inclusive Excellence. Lessons from the US military and their parallels to the story of Harry Potter. How belt systems and CI teams can destroy inclusive practices. How leadership language invites people to the party. There are three things leaders can do to engage everyone every day: maximizing psychological safety to create environments where folks learn, contribute, and challenge the status quo.
Who might benefit? Anyone and everyone leading folks from the shop floor to top floor.

Unveiling the Secrets How Does Generative AI Work.pdfSam H
At its core, generative artificial intelligence relies on the concept of generative models, which serve as engines that churn out entirely new data resembling their training data. It is like a sculptor who has studied so many forms found in nature and then uses this knowledge to create sculptures from his imagination that have never been seen before anywhere else. If taken to cyberspace, gans work almost the same way.
1. My visit in Greece on Comenius project
Hello! My name is Nelita and I am from Bulgaria. I live in the town of Kaspichan which is located near
the first Bulgarian capital – Pliska. I study in Panayot Volov School. It’s not a very big school but there are
a lot of activities to do. One of them is to participate in the Comenius project “History of our cuisine” in
which The United Kingdom, Croatia, Turkey, Spain, Italy, The Czech
Republic, Romania, Hungary and Greece are also involved. It gives me
the chance to meet different
people and cultures as well as to
practice my English.
On this project mobility that
lasted from 22nd
to 26th
April I
visited the school in the town of
Xanthi, Greece together with
three of my mates and three of my teachers. The Axion school
welcomed us with bread, olive oil and wine as is the custom and a
performance from their students. They showed us around the school and their classrooms and it was
very interesting to me to learn about their school life and learning process.
On the first day of our meeting every partner–country had their presentation in the beautiful school
library. After that there was an exhibition of
Lego robots
personally made
by the students.
Then a pleasant
surprise followed - we visited the archaeological museum in the city of
Avdera. Various artefacts were displayed there which brought us back to
ancient history. We learned a lot of interesting facts about them. Next we
visited the ancient Greek amphitheatre Fillipoi near the town of Kavala.
We were very excited to sit on the same
seats where ancient Greeks sat centuries
ago. In the evening we had dinner in “To
dromaki” restaurant where we had the
opportunity to taste Greek cuisine and try
delicious traditional dishes.
2. On the second day we visited the Papaparaskeuas company
that produces various types of delicious sweets and especially
carioka which I simply admired. Then we were invited to a small
winery where we learned what producing processes the sparkling
wine we all like passes through.
During our walk around the leafy forests, we were delighted by the
birds’ songs which charged us with fresh energy and positive
emotions. We had an amazing view of the high rock formations of the
Rhodope Mountains and below the Nestos River that springs in
Bulgaria, calm and blue, was going on its long trip.
Relaxed after the walk in
fresh air, we visited the city hall where we had a short meeting
with the mayor. It was interesting for me to hear some more facts
and useful information about the town, its history and traditions.
Before dinner we visited the old town of Xanthi where I could feel
the atmosphere of the past.
On the third day we went shopping in Xanthi’s most famous market where we bought some nice
souvenirs and gifts for our families. Then we took part in a
seminar about the production of the unique Greek feta cheese
in Kamotini. After that we had
lunch on the seacoast in
Xanthi. I really admired the
incredible view of the Aegean
Sea. Our last visit was of a small
church called “Ai Nikolas” which
is famous for its numerous
christening ceremonies.
I was not only fascinated by the
Greek nature but I was also very
delighted to meet such kind, warm and hospitable people – a nation
that has given so much to the world’s history and culture. All these things
must be seen and felt with the heart. I am happy that our Comenius
project gave me the opportunity to learn so much more about Greece. We
came home with great memories of our lovely experience and friends who we will never forget.
