because teenagers that want to watch the
film might not be the certified age of 15.

 Finding Information - In order to get information I
needed, I used Wikipedia. I used Wikipedia because it’s
a very reliable source .
 Seeking Advise - A source I used when seeking advise
was wiki how. I used wiki how because I have used it a lot
in the past so I know it’s a reliable source.
 Satisfy curiosity - when curious about something I usually
google it. I use google because it finds lots of different
sites that have the answers but explain things in a
different way.
 To learn- when I want to learn something new about
media theory I often try to find power points online so that
I can learn step by step with the power point.

Personal Identity
 Reinforcing personal value- I watch American horror story
because is so disturbingly awesome. I like shows like
these because It takes my mind off the reals horrors of
this world.
 Developing behavioural traits- people can develop
behavioural traits by abusing social media. This can
happen because they can get obsessed with social sites
like face book and twitter.
 Identify with valued other in the media (aspiration figure-
real or fictional) celebrities like David Beckham and Brad
Pitt are inspirational figures to many people

 Identifying with others- For example on social media sites like
face book you can create a group so that you can interact with
people around the world. For example there are many gothic
groups on face book so that you can sell unwanted clothes or
accessories.
 Belonging- On social media sites like face book, watts app and
kik you can have privet groups with your friends so that can stay
in contact without have to post things on the site.
 - Topic for social interaction- I socially interact with people
around the world often. For example on instagram you can
comment on anyone’s post from around the world and end up
having a convocation.
 A substitute for real-world companionship- a substitute for real
world companionship would be online gaming or an online
contest or quiz.

 Escapism- when I want to escape into my own little
bubble I often play Sims. This is because when I play
Sims an hour feels like 10 minutes.
 Relaxation- when I want to relax I listen/play music.
This is because I love everything about music, playing
an instrument, listening to music and even the theory
behind music. Music is my tranquillity in life
 Enjoyment- I enjoy watching films and TV series. I
enjoy watching all genres but my two favourite are
horror fantasy, this is because I love the idea of
possible being possible.

 What are the advantages to media producers?
The advantages to media producers are that it will help advertise

featured on his You Tube channel.
 Why would the audience generate content?
Pewdiepie might have decided to start a You Tube channel doing
tutorials on video games because he thought that it would fun but then
his videos started to get popular he started to think of it as a career path.
