looking at super hero content for their hobbies.

• This would make sense as they can get dragged
into watching the movie however they could have

• It would be for people in middle to lower class
as there are more people from thoses classes

playing with lego, so probably small children.

• Teenagers and adults (13-40)
• Most people have grown up with Lego
therefore a lot of people would want to see it.

• They would get dragged into watching it
as they are the romantic partner.

• They advertised the purge movie putting up banners
and poster of a fake announcement warning.
• If someone made a video talking about the labour
party, and they said “I like Labour” they would be
trying to put their ideas onto the viewers.

Audience Profile Iron Man 3 • Primary Audience • Teenagers (16-24) • This would make sense as teenagers like action superhero type films. • I would also assume the audience would be mostly males as they are more into super hero themes. • The social status is probably middle to lower as there are not many Upper class people in the world compared to them. • I would think the psychographic are people who enjoy looking at super hero content for their hobbies. • Secondary Audience • Adults (25-40) • This would make sense as they can get dragged into watching the movie however they could have grown up with Super hero comics

Audience Profile Lego movie • Primary Audience • Children (6-12) • Most children would watch for the positive attitude and bright coloured animation. • They would be both male and female as it’s a childs movie. • It would be for people in middle to lower class as there are more people from thoses classes in the world. • The psychographic would be people who enjoy playing with lego, so probably small children. • Secondary Audience • Teenagers and adults (13-40) • Most people have grown up with Lego therefore a lot of people would want to see it.

Audience Profile Love actually • Primary Audience • Girls (16-40) • Would affect them as they want a bit of romance in their lives. • The gender is predominately female. • The social status is between middle to lower class. • The psychographic is women who enjoy watching romance films. • Secondary Audience • Boyfriends and Husbands (16-40) • They would get dragged into watching it as they are the romantic partner.

Hypodermic Needle • Definition • Something in the media which would force the audience to believe in it. • Example • They advertised the purge movie putting up banners and poster of a fake announcement warning. • If someone made a video talking about the labour party, and they said “I like Labour” they would be trying to put their ideas onto the viewers.

Uses and Gratifications Information • Information • Trailers= TV/Youtube • Researching game online finding out what the game is about • Where to buy it • How to play it • I use the internet and facebook to find out information about most things as news is usually redirected and reposted onto it, this is a good way to broadcast a mass of information.

Consumer Generated Content • Example Creating a web comic • What are the advantages to media producers? • It allows you to be creative in story making • Lets you become skillful with digital art such as photoshop, this could help improve your skills further and set you up in later life for job opportunities • With enough recognition it will become popular and may get sponsors • Why would the audience generate content? • A lot of young audiences are interested in manga and comic now as they are becoming popular. • It also inspires audiences to create their own web comic • Many famous manga’s started from web comic
