Working with the corporate team, I assisted in the revamp of an existing program by creating a catalog of
activities, workshops, and panel discussions designed to inspire young people around the world to embrace
technology in their career of choice. Through strategic planning, assessment of existing materials, gap analysis,
structure of events, and timing I generated a procedural manual for the facilitators on the use of the new
materials that they would be receiving. Additionally, I organized with internal teams to determine the typesof
activities that would encompass the two-day events. Culminating in the creation of the guidance and
workshops for the event. The material produced includes the following:

Advertising and Online
Working with Advertising and Online team, I spearheaded the organization of new onboarding training. I
created timelines, assessed needs, performed gap analysis, and branding. In the assessment of the current
leader led content I determined what could be repurposed into online instruction, suggesting different
modalities for different types of learning scenarios.

As an instructor for the Graphic Design Certificate program, I rose to the challenges of creating the curriculum
for both the classes I teach and, creating other instructor lead curriculum for the program. These classes range
from 4 - 8 weeks in length and run between 2 - 3 hours per week. The core classes are training modules
designed to help students with design skills, portfolio presentation, interview skills, and job/client procurement.

*Note: As an Instructor/Instructional Designer for BCCE, my schedule and amount of hours per quarter and
