conducted workshops on information-mapping for client’s instructional design team;
established the standards, production pathways, and templates associated with converting
client’s first instructor-led training content to web-based; designed/developed instructor-led
training courses with info-mapped guides and assessments; developed use-case and
simulation scenarios for various courses; storyboarded lessons (Authorware-based) and
wrote narration scripts (Articulate) for e-learning courses and blended learning solutions
(primarily healthcare services clients).
Instructional Designer/Multimedia Design Manager, SPiRE, Inc., Norcross, Georgia, 1994-
1996. Co-led design of 35-course training curriculum for ExecuTrain Corporation. Managed
design of interactive proprietary software training for CD-ROM delivery with world-wide
distribution. Co-supervised and trained 12 multimedia designers in scriptwriting,
storyboarding, facilitating audio recordings, and using animated training avatar.
Interactive Media Designer, Crawford Multimedia, Atlanta, Georgia, 1988-1994. Wrote
Design Blueprints for RFPs and project profiles for company’s sales and marketing group.
Analyzed, designed and developed training programs for delivery in CBT, IVD, video, print,
CD-ROM, and other multimedia environments: world-wide PC operating system training, K-
12 technology solutions sales, telephony maintenance, hotel reservation tracking, and
beverage manufacturing. Writer on interactive history CD-ROM for the Discovery Channel
commemorating the fiftieth anniversary of D-Day.
