Suicide Prevention Essay
Crafting an essay on the topic of suicide prevention is undoubtedly a challenging endeavor that
requires both sensitivity and comprehensive research. Addressing such a profound and delicate
subject demands a nuanced approach, as it involves delving into the complexities of mental
health, societal stigmas, and the multifaceted aspects of prevention strategies.
One of the difficulties lies in striking the right balance between presenting the gravity of the
issue and maintaining an empathetic tone. It's crucial to convey the severity of suicide rates while
also fostering hope and emphasizing the importance of preventive measures. This delicate
balance requires a thorough understanding of the psychological, sociological, and cultural factors
that contribute to suicidal thoughts and behaviors.
Moreover, writing an essay on suicide prevention necessitates staying abreast of the latest
research, statistics, and evolving methodologies in mental health care. This is a rapidly evolving
field, and staying informed is essential for providing readers with accurate and up-to-date
information.
Furthermore, the emotional toll on the writer cannot be overlooked. Engaging with a topic as
profound as suicide prevention may evoke personal emotions and reflections. It's crucial to
approach the task with empathy and self-care to avoid burnout or undue emotional distress.
In conclusion, writing an essay on suicide prevention is a demanding task that requires a delicate
balance of empathy, research, and an understanding of the complexities surrounding mental
health. It's a topic that requires the writer to navigate the fine line between raising awareness and
fostering hope. Nevertheless, tackling this subject with care and dedication can contribute to the
ongoing dialogue surrounding mental health and ultimately aid in the prevention of suicide.

Why Tank Retrospective 20 For More Than Three Years
From...
INTRODUCTION
Having owned the Think Tank Retrospective 20 for more than three years in
various climatic conditions while traveling abroad, I feel more than qualified to
give a thorough review of its performance. Without boring you to the point of
entering a deep and restful sleep, I plan to spare you the most minute details typical
of a review, you can find those on B H Photo or Think Tankswebsite. Although,
currently owning this bag and with zero intentions to part with it, I will attempt to
remain objective. After lugging this bag through the ringer, I plan to discuss a few of
the key elements from my experience using the Retrospective 20 followed by my
conclusion. Furthermore, being completely honest, and a staunch advocate of being ...

Furthermore, additional storage is available in two front storage compartments, and
three small sub compartments. The main front compartment secures with a hook and
loop system, plus offers a large storage capacity for items such as a 10 inch tablet.
Offering maximum versatility and more than ample storage, this bag does not
disappoint!
Material
One must consider many factors when selecting a material for a shoulder bag. Often,
expending little thought to the matter beforehand, it s usually only after making the
purchase that issues arise. Among many thoughts, resistance to weather is a very
important aspect for many photographers; however, the intended use is instrumental
in making an informed decision. Available options include the 100% canvas
pinestone and sandstone, as well as the black brushed polyester; additionally,
manufactured with a water repellant coating, either bag becomes a viable option.
Purchasing the pinestone, durability of the material weighed profoundly in my
selection, but the look and feel of the canvas won the day.
Constructed with nylon webbing and thread, the shoulder strap is as comfortable as
it is durable. Additionally, equipped with silicone non slip pads, the shoulder strap
adheres extremely well to the shoulders, plus it s an absolute pleasure to wear ...

Water Purification
Water purification is the process of removing undesirable chemicals, biological
contaminants, suspended solids and gases from contaminated water. The goal is to
produce water fit for a specific purpose. Most water is purified for human
consumption (drinking water), but water purification may also be designed for a
variety of other purposes, including meeting the requirements of medical,
pharmacological, chemical and industrial applications. In general the methods used
include physical processes such as filtration, sedimentation, and distillation, biological
processes such as slow sand filters or biologically active carbon, chemical processes
such asflocculation and chlorination and the use of electromagnetic radiation such as
ultraviolet... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Such water may emerge as springs, artesian springs, or may be extracted from
boreholes or wells. Deep ground water is generally of very high bacteriological
quality (i.e., pathogenic bacteria or the pathogenic protozoa are typically absent),
but the water may be rich in dissolved solids, especiallycarbonates and sulfates of
calcium and magnesium. Depending on the strata through which the water has
flowed, other ions may also be present including chloride, and bicarbonate. There
may be a requirement to reduce the iron or manganese content of this water to
make it acceptable for drinking, cooking, and laundry use. Primary disinfection
may also be required. Where groundwater recharge is practised (a process in which
river water is injected into an aquifer to store the water in times of plenty so that it
is available in times of drought), the groundwater may require additional treatment
depending on applicable state and federal regulations. 2. Upland lakes and
reservoirs: Typically located in the headwaters of river systems, upland reservoirs are
usually sited above any human habitation and may be surrounded by a protective
zone to restrict the opportunities for contamination. Bacteria and pathogen levels are
usually low, but some bacteria, protozoa or algae will be present. Where uplands are
forested or peaty, humic acids can colour the
Examples Of Bold Actions
Bold actions are uncommon terms for extraordinary acts of courage and even
heroism. People live their lives doing regular, routine things. They fear trying
anything different, so they are unable to experience what a bold action can do for
them or how such actions can make them feel. Others live fearlessly through their
occupations, such as firefighters or policeman. These, are the type of people
others can look up to. Exposing themselves can come with great risk, but also great
rewards for themselves and even others. Therefore, I believe that bold actions can
influence and benefit others positively and often even yourself. By committing a
bold action in public, you can influence others to do daring things beyond their
comfort zone. In the novel The Outsiders by S.E Hinton, the main protagonist,
Ponyboy, and his friend Johnny rescued several children from a burning church in
Windrixville. Ponyboy was actually the one who got Johnny to come in and save
them, Pony charged in and Johnny was soon to follow. When they rushed in it
surprised many people because Ponyboy and Johnny were greasers who were
notoriously known for being drunks and no good criminals. Everyone was
astonished by their valiant actions and didn t even think about them being greasers
. Even a Soc (who are supposed to be better than greasers) named Randy, who
previously despised greasers talked to Pony, saying that he was shocked that they
had saved the children because he wasn t sure he would have done it
The Role Of Us Involvement In The Holocaust
United States Involvement in the Holocaust The United States did not get too
involved in the Holocaust at the beginning, but began to fight against the dictator,
Adolf Hitler, after the attack on Pearl Harbor. Anything made a difference, from
storming the beaches of Normandy, to doing small attacks on the Japanese. Although
we were worried about the wellbeing of our country, we should have intervened
earlier than we did. Because of the lack of interference from outside countries,
millions of Jewish people, and some others, were killed. The United stateswere very
unprepared for war (Ambrose, pg. 14). In the beginning, they stayed out of the war,
hoping it would blow over quickly. Many people were ВЁisolationistsВЁ who saw

This event occurred on June 6th, 1944, where the American and British armies
landed on Normandy France beaches. This landing was not only the biggest
amphibious operation in history, but the most thoroughly planned and practiced
(Ambrose, pg. 48). 170,000 soldiers prepared for this operation through months of
practice, whether they were American, Canadian, or British. In attempt to cease the
offenses, Hitler built the Atlantic Wall. The Atlantic Wall consisted of reinforced
concrete forts, trenches, minefields, and anti landing craft devices of all kinds, and
it was backed up by panzer(tank) divisions and was manned by battle hardened
Nazis (Ambrose, pg. 48). Unlike other countries though, the United States did not
experience the terror of bombing or occupation (Grolier, pg. 1). The United States
were not attacked by the Germans or Japanese until the bombing of Pearl Harbor.
This was the main time that we finally realised that we needed to get involved with
this war, for our safety, and the victims under German control. Before that, we found
the whole ordeal unimportant and the persecution wasn t a priority. To limit the
number of Jewish immigrants in the U.S., Congress passed new law on immigration in

360 Degree Photography Affordances and Constraints
Media has changed vastly over the decades. We have different styles of media,
different ways to view media, and so many different options when it comes to
creating media. A recent technology that has started to gain traction is 360 degree
photography. This new technology allows people to viewmore than traditional 2 D
perspective. With this new way of being able to capture a scene comes many
affordances and constraints.
Being able to capture everything around you, then allow another person to
experience entirely the same scene is something that has never been able to be done
before. The technology for 360 degree photography is most likely early in its
development. That being ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Having devices that allow us to put on a headpiece and be put into another reality is
a huge step for media.
With these devices, unfortunately, come many constraints. The content creator has
more options for what the viewer can see, but at the same time it may not be what
they want the viewer to see. In most forms of media today there is a main point
that the viewer is observing. 2 D perspective video creators are able to change
perspectives of how the viewer sees the media, but with 360 degrees the viewer may
not see it in the same way the original creator intended. The viewer may even miss
main points entirely because they were looking around and the main point of a video
was behind them. On top of this the viewer may not even be able to watch the
video. Many people report nausea when watching videos in 360 degrees. If there is
not a way to ensure people do not feel sick while watching the videos, that means
that this media will be limited by the number of people who are able to tolerate it.
Being able to create the quality of content that is currently available on 2 D
platforms may be difficult could also be an issue. Movie shoots require a lot of
people and equipment, which is all behind the camera when only shooting one
perspective. In a 360 movie you have to make sure you are capturing the things you
want and nothing more. There is most likely going to be more work creating
Green Crabs
There are many invasive species near Nature Bridge including; green crabs, sea
walnuts, and Himalayan Blackberries. Invasive species pose a threat on the economy
and can harm the ecosystem they invade. Invasive animals compete with native
animals for resources and can decrease the diversity by killing off the animals that
already live there. They also cost large amounts of money to the government.
Sea Walnuts, also called comb jellies, are native to the Western Atlantic oceanbut
now live all over the world. Scientists don t know exactly how they got to
Washington s coast but it was most likely by boat. Although seeming harmless, Comb
Jellies have harmed many species in the Black Sea, Baltic Sea, and the Wadden Sea.
Although they have ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
In the ocean, large cargo ships fill tanks with water to keep its balance. As they
load up with more cargo, the water is emptied out and the animals that were in the
water are now in a new location, potentially harming their new environment. On
land, noxious weeds can be spread by attaching to people s clothing, cars, and
basically anything. By brushing off your clothes before you go to a new place, the
chance of an invasive species potentially coming with you goes down tremendously.
In lakes, if people thoroughly clean boats before bringing it to a new lake, there
won t be a chance that algae and other invasive plants could be spread into lakes. If
everyone was cautious about bringing new plants and animals to new locations, the
number of invasive species would be tremendously be brought down.
Invasive species can negatively affect the environment. They can take out entire
species by eating their food sources or by preying on them. They also threaten
fishing, hunting and plant industries in the same way. Depending on the animals,
they can also pose an actual physical threat on humans if they are dangerous. There
are many different ways for invasive species to spread but most are caused by
humans. All People should help prevent the spread of invasive
At T Time Warner Case
On October 22, 2016, AT T bought out Time Warner for eighty five billion dollars.
The agreement totaled to be one hundred and nine dollars with debt. Time Warner is
the parent company to many big name channels including, CNN, TNT, HBO and
Warner Bros. This major purchase proves that AT T has a totally different strategy
than its big time rival, Verizon. CFO of Version, Fran Shammo, commented in
response to AT T s deal, stating that he believes they have the right asset and that
there is no large company out there that they need to purchase in order to be
successful. Verizon recently made some smaller purchases but seemed but more
insignificant with AT T s major buy. For nine million billion dollars, AT T acquired

The Influence of Buddhism In Chinese Martial Arts Since first introduced During the
Han Dynasty, Buddhism has played a major role in Chinese art and culture. This is
especially true in the traditions that surround the art of Shaolin Kung Fu, and their
strong belief in Chan (Zen) Buddhism. Kung Fu was Influenced by the teachings of
Siddhartha Gautama and focuses heavily on the belief that enlightenment is attained
through meditation. In this essay, Buddhism s influence on Shaolin Kung Fu will be
discussed, from how it started to how it thrives today in modern china. Michael

The tong qi gong became the foundation on which Shaolin kung fu was built.
Eventually the kung fu was used as a form of fighting and the temple became known
for its warrior monks. In 574AD Emperor Wudi banned Buddhism, the Shaolin was
destroyed (Sara Naumann). During the Northern Zhou Dynasty Buddhism was
revived and The Shaolin rebuilt. It says in Art Beyond The West by Michael Kampan
O Reilly that during the fourth and fifth centuries Buddhism became wide spread for
the first time in China (126). The Tang Dynasty is when the Shaolin flourished.
Thirteen warrior monks rescued the Emperors son Li Shimin from an army that was
trying to take over the Tang. Once Emperor, Li Shimin named the Shaolin the
Supreme Temple in all China. Shoulin kung fu developed and advanced over the
next few hundred years known as Shaolins Golden Era (Sara Naumann). Qing ruler
burnt the Shaolin temple down, destroying there sacred texts.the Shaolin temple was
rebuilt and destroyed over and over in the following centuries. At the brink of
extinction, a few surviving monks continued to practice kung fu behind closed
doors. ant the end of the Qing Dynasty a few Shaolin monks went to Shingou Si,
where they worked to preserve kung fu. Among these monks were Zhan Ju, Zhan
Mo, and Ji Qing. A few years later there was a renewed interest and acceptance of
kung fu, and it remains to this day(shaolin
Argumentative Essay On Painkillers
Argumentative Essay: The Problem With Painkillers
Have you ever felt pain? The kind that inhibits you from getting through your day,
and doing what you need to? Well, it pains me to say it, but everyone will feel pain
at least once in their life, and some people have it worse than others. People with
severe or chronic pains usually will go to painkillers to relieve their pain and stress,
but it s easy to get addicted. Worst case scenario is that a person could look to
heroine in order to fill their craving for pain medication, after their prescription is
finished. It s easy to get hooked, and hard to resist, which is why even though
helpful, pain medication can be deadly in the long run. Studies show that about
nine percent of Americans use pain medications, and 2% 3% of Americans abuse
pain medications (not 2% 3% of painkiller users, but the general public).
Prescription drugs are also legally acceptable, even though they can be considered
addictive. They are hard to detect, and it s not as easy for people to overdose
considering there is a given dose with the prescription. Prescription drugs can be as
bad as recreational drugs, but they ve slipped under the noses of officials because ...

When people get addicted to these drugs, the worst case scenario can occur, and it
is easily seen that many Americans get addicted based on the daily number of
deaths. Painkillers are supposed to be helpful, but if they re causing mass death, are
they really helping anyone, or just hurting society? So many problems can be caused
by painkillers that it s almost a fact that you re better off without them. The drugs can
drive people insane if they go without them, and all the drugs are doing at this point
is ending lives they re supposed to be helping. Thanks to the high addiction rate,
painkillers are doing the opposite of what they re supposed to, and causing people
and their loved ones
Analysis Of Nelson Mandela s Death
The internet is usually a beautiful place full of the answers to our curiosities.
However, we are all familiar with the weird side of the internet, the place where
Illuminati confirmed and pimple popping videos live coupled with the occasional,
unsolicited penis picture. There is a large group of people from the weird side of
the internet who believe that we are living in a parallel universe. The theory is based
on backwards equations and wild imagination of internet dwellers. Believers claim
that their false memories of events or mis spelling of words are not actually false
memories, but instead evidence that we are living in a parallel universe. They call
this, the Mandela Effect. The concept began with the misconception around
Nelson Mandela s death. For some reason, some people remember him dying in
prison. In fact, Mandela died outside of prison after serving as president of South
Africa for several years. A famous example is the case of the Berenstain Bears.
Believed by many to be the Berenstein Bears, the mis spelling is what inspired
many to consider the idea of the Mandela Effect. Believers of the Mandela Effect
conclude that this is proof of living in an alternate reality. Other pieces of evidence
include misspellings of words, slightly different names for T.V shows, and
remembering famous movie lines incorrectly; spelling refrigerator with a d and Sex
in the City versus Sex and the City . Thus the internet child known as the Mandela
Effect was born.

Wizard Of Oz Goal And Journey
People have always prayed to the Gods to ask for less problems in life, yet there
should wish be more intelligent to solve them instead. In reality, people have their
own jobs that require more responsible. In fact, working, studying or fulfilling any
duties are the preexisted problems that are waiting people to solve, but everything
can be solved if they are willing to do that. It depends on how patient and assiduous
they are with those obstacles along the way to reach what they need. Since the goal
and journey are always turned out to be an issue in reality, most authors often implant
the idea of goal and journey in their books. Among them, The Wonderful Wizard of
Ozhas outstandingly implicated the goal and journey. In the book, it has emerged...

Firstly, the Scarecrow and the Lion aimed to go to the same place to achieve their
goal, since the Oz ordered all companions to kill wicked witch of the west. Among
of them, Scarecrow had agreed the Oz s command, and continued the journey with
his friend in order to get brain from the Oz. He needed to go to the west where the
wicked witch s land is (Baum, 2013, pp. 76 80). This means that the Scarecrow had
the willingness to achieve his goal. Similarly, in order to get courage from the Oz,
the Lion wanted to kill the wicked witch as well (Baum, 2013, pp. 78 80).
Afterward, the Scarecrow and the Lion faced different conflicts along the journey
to achieve their goal. While they were going to the west, the Scarecrow and the
Lion faced many strange circumstances, which were created by the wicked witch.
The Scarecrow fought against those conflicts such as scarring all crows,
commanded by the wicked witch, to fly away in order to protect his companions
from danger; sadly, he has been destroyed by winged monkeys, the supporters of
wicked witch that was more superior and stronger (Baum, 2013, pp. 78 80). On the
other hand, the Lion met different conflict from the Scarecrow, he got imprison and
threatened to be a witch s slave (Baum, 2013, pp. 89). Even though both of them was

How Does Montag Use Imagery In Fahrenheit 451
Think about a time when you had a headache, whether from confusion, a sickness,
annoyance, or anything else. How did you feel? An example of sensory imagery is
shown on page 103, with the author saying: Montag s head whirled sickeningly. He
felt beaten unmercifully on brow, eyes, nose, lips, chin, on shoulders, on upflailing
arms. (Pg.103) From this quote describing how Montag felt when Beatty was
talking about his dream, and our own personal experiences with headaches, we get a
good sense of how confused Montag must have felt while listening to Beatty, and we
can relate to him. Another example of sensory imagery can be seen in the first
sentence of Burning Bright, which says: Lights flicked on and house doors opened
all down the street, to watch the carnival set up. (Pg.107)... Show more content on

Ironically, earlier in the book Clarisse states that people were afraid of firemen,
however, the people on Montag s street do not seem afraid at all of the firemen, as
they are coming out to watch them. In fact, as they compare the firemen setting up
to a carnival being set up, it s likely that firemen are a source of entertainment for
everyone, except for the people who are having their house burnt down. The fact that
people are coming out to watch Montag s house burn down could be emphasizing
the society s love for entertainment, and lack of care for life and other

  • 2. Why Tank Retrospective 20 For More Than Three Years From... INTRODUCTION Having owned the Think Tank Retrospective 20 for more than three years in various climatic conditions while traveling abroad, I feel more than qualified to give a thorough review of its performance. Without boring you to the point of entering a deep and restful sleep, I plan to spare you the most minute details typical of a review, you can find those on B H Photo or Think Tankswebsite. Although, currently owning this bag and with zero intentions to part with it, I will attempt to remain objective. After lugging this bag through the ringer, I plan to discuss a few of the key elements from my experience using the Retrospective 20 followed by my conclusion. Furthermore, being completely honest, and a staunch advocate of being ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Furthermore, additional storage is available in two front storage compartments, and three small sub compartments. The main front compartment secures with a hook and loop system, plus offers a large storage capacity for items such as a 10 inch tablet. Offering maximum versatility and more than ample storage, this bag does not disappoint! Material One must consider many factors when selecting a material for a shoulder bag. Often, expending little thought to the matter beforehand, it s usually only after making the purchase that issues arise. Among many thoughts, resistance to weather is a very important aspect for many photographers; however, the intended use is instrumental in making an informed decision. Available options include the 100% canvas pinestone and sandstone, as well as the black brushed polyester; additionally, manufactured with a water repellant coating, either bag becomes a viable option. Purchasing the pinestone, durability of the material weighed profoundly in my selection, but the look and feel of the canvas won the day. Constructed with nylon webbing and thread, the shoulder strap is as comfortable as it is durable. Additionally, equipped with silicone non slip pads, the shoulder strap adheres extremely well to the shoulders, plus it s an absolute pleasure to wear ... even for long periods. Quality
  • 3. Water Purification Water purification is the process of removing undesirable chemicals, biological contaminants, suspended solids and gases from contaminated water. The goal is to produce water fit for a specific purpose. Most water is purified for human consumption (drinking water), but water purification may also be designed for a variety of other purposes, including meeting the requirements of medical, pharmacological, chemical and industrial applications. In general the methods used include physical processes such as filtration, sedimentation, and distillation, biological processes such as slow sand filters or biologically active carbon, chemical processes such asflocculation and chlorination and the use of electromagnetic radiation such as ultraviolet... Deep ground water is generally of very high bacteriological quality (i.e., pathogenic bacteria or the pathogenic protozoa are typically absent), but the water may be rich in dissolved solids, especiallycarbonates and sulfates of calcium and magnesium. Depending on the strata through which the water has flowed, other ions may also be present including chloride, and bicarbonate. There may be a requirement to reduce the iron or manganese content of this water to make it acceptable for drinking, cooking, and laundry use. Primary disinfection may also be required. Where groundwater recharge is practised (a process in which river water is injected into an aquifer to store the water in times of plenty so that it is available in times of drought), the groundwater may require additional treatment depending on applicable state and federal regulations. 2. Upland lakes and reservoirs: Typically located in the headwaters of river systems, upland reservoirs are usually sited above any human habitation and may be surrounded by a protective zone to restrict the opportunities for contamination. Bacteria and pathogen levels are usually low, but some bacteria, protozoa or algae will be present. Where uplands are forested or peaty, humic acids can colour the
  • 4. Examples Of Bold Actions Bold actions are uncommon terms for extraordinary acts of courage and even heroism. People live their lives doing regular, routine things. They fear trying anything different, so they are unable to experience what a bold action can do for them or how such actions can make them feel. Others live fearlessly through their occupations, such as firefighters or policeman. These, are the type of people others can look up to. Exposing themselves can come with great risk, but also great rewards for themselves and even others. Therefore, I believe that bold actions can influence and benefit others positively and often even yourself. By committing a bold action in public, you can influence others to do daring things beyond their comfort zone. In the novel The Outsiders by S.E Hinton, the main protagonist, Ponyboy, and his friend Johnny rescued several children from a burning church in Windrixville. Ponyboy was actually the one who got Johnny to come in and save them, Pony charged in and Johnny was soon to follow. When they rushed in it surprised many people because Ponyboy and Johnny were greasers who were notoriously known for being drunks and no good criminals. Everyone was astonished by their valiant actions and didn t even think about them being greasers . Even a Soc (who are supposed to be better than greasers) named Randy, who previously despised greasers talked to Pony, saying that he was shocked that they had saved the children because he wasn t sure he would have done it
  • 5. The Role Of Us Involvement In The Holocaust United States Involvement in the Holocaust The United States did not get too involved in the Holocaust at the beginning, but began to fight against the dictator, Adolf Hitler, after the attack on Pearl Harbor. Anything made a difference, from storming the beaches of Normandy, to doing small attacks on the Japanese. Although we were worried about the wellbeing of our country, we should have intervened earlier than we did. Because of the lack of interference from outside countries, millions of Jewish people, and some others, were killed. The United stateswere very unprepared for war (Ambrose, pg. 14). In the beginning, they stayed out of the war, hoping it would blow over quickly. Many people were ВЁisolationistsВЁ who saw no reason why their... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... This event occurred on June 6th, 1944, where the American and British armies landed on Normandy France beaches. This landing was not only the biggest amphibious operation in history, but the most thoroughly planned and practiced (Ambrose, pg. 48). 170,000 soldiers prepared for this operation through months of practice, whether they were American, Canadian, or British. In attempt to cease the offenses, Hitler built the Atlantic Wall. The Atlantic Wall consisted of reinforced concrete forts, trenches, minefields, and anti landing craft devices of all kinds, and it was backed up by panzer(tank) divisions and was manned by battle hardened Nazis (Ambrose, pg. 48). Unlike other countries though, the United States did not experience the terror of bombing or occupation (Grolier, pg. 1). The United States were not attacked by the Germans or Japanese until the bombing of Pearl Harbor. This was the main time that we finally realised that we needed to get involved with this war, for our safety, and the victims under German control. Before that, we found the whole ordeal unimportant and the persecution wasn t a priority. To limit the number of Jewish immigrants in the U.S., Congress passed new law on immigration in

We have different styles of media, different ways to view media, and so many different options when it comes to creating media. A recent technology that has started to gain traction is 360 degree photography. This new technology allows people to viewmore than traditional 2 D perspective. With this new way of being able to capture a scene comes many affordances and constraints. Being able to capture everything around you, then allow another person to experience entirely the same scene is something that has never been able to be done before. The technology for 360 degree photography is most likely early in its development. That being ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Having devices that allow us to put on a headpiece and be put into another reality is a huge step for media. With these devices, unfortunately, come many constraints. The content creator has more options for what the viewer can see, but at the same time it may not be what they want the viewer to see. In most forms of media today there is a main point that the viewer is observing. 2 D perspective video creators are able to change perspectives of how the viewer sees the media, but with 360 degrees the viewer may not see it in the same way the original creator intended. The viewer may even miss main points entirely because they were looking around and the main point of a video was behind them. On top of this the viewer may not even be able to watch the video. Many people report nausea when watching videos in 360 degrees. If there is not a way to ensure people do not feel sick while watching the videos, that means that this media will be limited by the number of people who are able to tolerate it. Being able to create the quality of content that is currently available on 2 D platforms may be difficult could also be an issue. Movie shoots require a lot of people and equipment, which is all behind the camera when only shooting one perspective. In a 360 movie you have to make sure you are capturing the things you want and nothing more. There is most likely going to be more work creating

Invasive species pose a threat on the economy and can harm the ecosystem they invade. Invasive animals compete with native animals for resources and can decrease the diversity by killing off the animals that already live there. They also cost large amounts of money to the government. Sea Walnuts, also called comb jellies, are native to the Western Atlantic oceanbut now live all over the world. In the ocean, large cargo ships fill tanks with water to keep its balance. As they load up with more cargo, the water is emptied out and the animals that were in the water are now in a new location, potentially harming their new environment. On land, noxious weeds can be spread by attaching to people s clothing, cars, and basically anything. By brushing off your clothes before you go to a new place, the chance of an invasive species potentially coming with you goes down tremendously. In lakes, if people thoroughly clean boats before bringing it to a new lake, there won t be a chance that algae and other invasive plants could be spread into lakes. If everyone was cautious about bringing new plants and animals to new locations, the number of invasive species would be tremendously be brought down. Invasive species can negatively affect the environment. They can take out entire species by eating their food sources or by preying on them. They also threaten fishing, hunting and plant industries in the same way. Depending on the animals, they can also pose an actual physical threat on humans if they are dangerous. There are many different ways for invasive species to spread but most are caused by humans. All People should help prevent the spread of invasive

Time Warner is the parent company to many big name channels including, CNN, TNT, HBO and Warner Bros. CFO of Version, Fran Shammo, commented in response to AT T s deal, stating that he believes they have the right asset and that there is no large company out there that they need to purchase in order to be successful. Verizon recently made some smaller purchases but seemed but more insignificant with AT T s major buy. For nine million billion dollars, AT T acquired AOL and Yahoo. They

It says in Art Beyond The West by Michael Kampan O Reilly that during the fourth and fifth centuries Buddhism became wide spread for the first time in China (126). • 10. Argumentative Essay On Painkillers Argumentative Essay: The Problem With Painkillers Have you ever felt pain? The kind that inhibits you from getting through your day, and doing what you need to? Well, it pains me to say it, but everyone will feel pain at least once in their life, and some people have it worse than others. People with severe or chronic pains usually will go to painkillers to relieve their pain and stress, but it s easy to get addicted. Worst case scenario is that a person could look to heroine in order to fill their craving for pain medication, after their prescription is finished. It s easy to get hooked, and hard to resist, which is why even though helpful, pain medication can be deadly in the long run. Studies show that about nine percent of Americans use pain medications, and 2% 3% of Americans abuse pain medications (not 2% 3% of painkiller users, but the general public). Prescription drugs are also legally acceptable, even though they can be considered addictive. They are hard to detect, and it s not as easy for people to overdose considering there is a given dose with the prescription. Painkillers are supposed to be helpful, but if they re causing mass death, are they really helping anyone, or just hurting society? So many problems can be caused by painkillers that it s almost a fact that you re better off without them. The drugs can drive people insane if they go without them, and all the drugs are doing at this point is ending lives they re supposed to be helping. Thanks to the high addiction rate, painkillers are doing the opposite of what they re supposed to, and causing people and their loved ones
  • 11. Analysis Of Nelson Mandela s Death The internet is usually a beautiful place full of the answers to our curiosities. However, we are all familiar with the weird side of the internet, the place where Illuminati confirmed and pimple popping videos live coupled with the occasional, unsolicited penis picture. There is a large group of people from the weird side of the internet who believe that we are living in a parallel universe. The theory is based on backwards equations and wild imagination of internet dwellers. Believers claim that their false memories of events or mis spelling of words are not actually false memories, but instead evidence that we are living in a parallel universe. They call this, the Mandela Effect. The concept began with the misconception around Nelson Mandela s death. For some reason, some people remember him dying in prison. In fact, Mandela died outside of prison after serving as president of South Africa for several years. A famous example is the case of the Berenstain Bears. Believed by many to be the Berenstein Bears, the mis spelling is what inspired many to consider the idea of the Mandela Effect. Believers of the Mandela Effect conclude that this is proof of living in an alternate reality. Other pieces of evidence include misspellings of words, slightly different names for T.V shows, and remembering famous movie lines incorrectly; spelling refrigerator with a d and Sex in the City versus Sex and the City . Thus the internet child known as the Mandela Effect was born. The

In reality, people have their own jobs that require more responsible. In fact, working, studying or fulfilling any duties are the preexisted problems that are waiting people to solve, but everything can be solved if they are willing to do that. It depends on how patient and assiduous they are with those obstacles along the way to reach what they need. He needed to go to the west where the wicked witch s land is (Baum, 2013, pp. 76 80). This means that the Scarecrow had the willingness to achieve his goal. Similarly, in order to get courage from the Oz, the Lion wanted to kill the wicked witch as well (Baum, 2013, pp. 78 80). Afterward, the Scarecrow and the Lion faced different conflicts along the journey to achieve their goal. While they were going to the west, the Scarecrow and the Lion faced many strange circumstances, which were created by the wicked witch. The Scarecrow fought against those conflicts such as scarring all crows, commanded by the wicked witch, to fly away in order to protect his companions from danger; sadly, he has been destroyed by winged monkeys, the supporters of wicked witch that was more superior and stronger (Baum, 2013, pp. 78 80). • 13. How Does Montag Use Imagery In Fahrenheit 451 Think about a time when you had a headache, whether from confusion, a sickness, annoyance, or anything else. How did you feel? An example of sensory imagery is shown on page 103, with the author saying: Montag s head whirled sickeningly. He felt beaten unmercifully on brow, eyes, nose, lips, chin, on shoulders, on upflailing arms. (Pg.103) From this quote describing how Montag felt when Beatty was talking about his dream, and our own personal experiences with headaches, we get a good sense of how confused Montag must have felt while listening to Beatty, and we can relate to him. Another example of sensory imagery can be seen in the first sentence of Burning Bright, which says: Lights flicked on and house doors opened all down the street, to watch the carnival set up. Ironically, earlier in the book Clarisse states that people were afraid of firemen, however, the people on Montag s street do not seem afraid at all of the firemen, as they are coming out to watch them. In fact, as they compare the firemen setting up to a carnival being set up, it s likely that firemen are a source of entertainment for everyone, except for the people who are having their house burnt down. The fact that people are coming out to watch Montag s house burn down could be emphasizing the society s love for entertainment, and lack of care for life and other
