Tick Tock Cognitive Tasks – 8am-12 noon Short Term Memory – 6am -11am Long Term Memory – 1-4pm Maximum Dexterity- 2-6pm Physical Workouts- 4-9pm
 
Time Management Techniques Plan each day (ie: get a calendar) Delegate Break large tasks into smaller ones Practice the 10 minute rule Limit distractions
 
To Do Lists Write it all down Break things down into small chunks Do the ugliest thing first and get it out of the way Prioritize by importance and stick to it Don’t put useless garble on your list
Time Tips “What is the best way to use my time right now?” Use small blocks of time you might ordinarily waste Always keep study material with you to go over When you get tired or distracted, change it up
