structured and unstructured are essential
for the proper functioning of organizations
and especially to achieve success in their

structure in the organizational pyramid
with three fundamental levels:
operational, tactical (managerial) and
strategic.

prior aplanification that is directly
related to the strategies of the
organization. the information
systems, just as any entity or physical
entity has a life cycle. In the case of
information systems, the life cycle of
the development of an information
system (SLDC) consists of a series of
steps that it is necessary to follow to
achieve the final objective

4.  There are numerous methodologies of systems development and in particular the
information system in the chapter will deal with the most common in the SLDC and in
the area of software engineering and information systems. Likewise, we will discover
the most used tools technologies to help managers and administrators in
development, in the same way the project development as a fundamental part in the

STRUCTURED DECISION: A manager
makes a structured decision when he
sees the particular situation of the
business of the company clearly and
use established procedures and
information to solve the problem.
They can be simple and routine or
more complex as the planning of a
company's activities for the next
semester, many procedures and large
amounts of information.
SEMI-STRUCTURED DECISION: you extend
certain uncertainties about a problem and
the manager must use his own experience
and criteria to supply

6. UNSTRUCTURED DECISION
Frequently, a manager
confronts unique, special or
unforeseen circumstances or
anticipates events that will
occur in the near or distant
future. Personal criteria
