Group members for the project are Muhammad Sohail MBE141018 and Muhammad Waqar MBE141005. Anger is a normal human emotion but can become destructive when uncontrolled. Anger management is learning skills to recognize when you're getting angry and dealing with situations positively without uncontrolled expressions of anger. Stress is the body's reaction to demanding circumstances and can be acute from short term pressures or chronic from prolonged pressures over weeks, months or years. Causes of stress include work pressures, relationships, threats, uncertainty, lack of sleep, and family issues like illness, marriage, children's behavior or finances. Managing stress can benefit businesses through reduced absenteeism, worker compensation, improved performance and health.
