- Never ask Personal Questions like asking age, marital status, income,
religious things etc.
- Listen Actively and Pay Attention to what others say
- Keep Personal Respect and courtesy for elders, ladies and children
- Do not repeat the name or ask for contact information
- Remember the name
- Maintain Eye Contact
- Don’t use gossip as small talk/ Don’t gossip about people in the room
