Listen & Engage In order to generate leads and build community it’s important to listen to conversations and engage with them. • Create search and geo coded search streams. • Monitor competitors, partners and friends with lists. • Engage with users on any network within Hootsuite and be able to identify their influence.
  • 7. Schedule Content Save time and achieve optimal impact with Hootsuite’s scheduling features • Schedule one or up to 350 messages at a time. • Achieve optimal impact by using the ‘auto schedule’ feature. • Have content ideas generated for you with the new ‘Suggested’ feature.
  • 8. Analytics Measure your social media growth, click throughs and campaigns with Analytics • Easily showcase network growth and engagement. • Determine how many users clicked certain posts. • Optimize your social media presence.

  • 11. Identify Influencers Influencers help you share content and learn about industry trends • Connect, retweet/tweet at, comment and question high influencers. • Engaging with influencers will increase your Klout score.
  • 12. Determine Your Social Influence Measure your social media efforts over time • Increasing your Klout score will gain you respect in your industry. • Content quality plays a key role in determining your score.
  • 13. Learn About Your Network Know how many influencers follow you and when they’re online • Increase the amount of influencers who follow you. • When your network is online will depend on the social network.

  • 15. What is SocialBro? SocialBro is a tool that helps you to both manage and analyze your Twitter community • Learn about your relationship with followers. • Determine the most opportune time to tweet. • Real time analytics.

Your Relationship With Followers If you have a ton of followers, chances are it’s tough to keep them all straight. • Segment your followers based on several categories: a) people you are following who aren’t following you back b) people who follow you who you don’t follow back c) inactive followers and inactive friends d) famous friends and followers e) influential friends and followers f) very active friends and followers.

Most Opportune Time To Tweet You want the most people possible to read your tweets, but it’s tough to know when people are using Twitter • Provides a chart that will help you break your followers activity down by hour, day of the week, potential exposure by hour and potential exposure by day of week. • Determine when you can best “reach” your followers.
