  • 3. How it was before Salesforce • Database programme not performing • Hard to customise • Hard to use • Inflexible • Obstacle to productivity • Not being used / updated • Frustrated CEO

How we went about getting it • Salesforce suggested by Sho-net • Imported data from old system • (great opportunity to thoroughly clean it…) • Exploration of each department’s need with Sho-net and documenting / refinement of our businesses processes • Chose grant making as first area to develop in Sf • Well defined, process driven, quick win
  • 6. Where we are now • Sf used in every area of the organisation • Grant making, mentoring, CRM, event / campaign management, HR, newsletter, etc… • Everybody uses it • Great value for money • AppExchange apps • CEO’s frustrations soothed away
