This paper presents a novel six degrees of freedom mechanism to integrate conical article with the cylindrical article which are large and heavy. The six desired motions include six linear motions and six rational motions. The linear motions are vertical, longitudinal and lateral. The vertical motion is achieved by toggle jack, longitudinal by wheel and rail assembly and the lateral motion is achieved by cross slides. The three rotational motions namely pitch, yaw and roll are achieved by simultaneous movement of toggle jacks, simultaneous movement of cross slides and rollers respectively. It is designed in such a way that it sustains the weight of the heavy articles and also prevents slipping and toppling of the conical article. This approach helps to satisfy and fulfil the goal of aligning the main article flange to the conical article flange for further bolting. The mechanism is designed keeping in mind factors like ergonomics and aesthetics.

Abstract Sheet metal is basically a thin sheet of metal by using several operations. Nowadays it has become one of the most
important and fundamental forms in metalworking.[10] the advantage of sheet metal is that it can be bent into variety of
desired shapes. Lots of everyday objects are being manufactured using sheet metal. Sheet metal is mainly used for various
aerodynamically shaped car bodies, airplane wings, architecture and many other applications.[9] dent removing/rolling, cutting
and v-grooving are the most widely used operations in the fabrication industry. The conventional machines could only carry out
any of the above operations simultaneously. If these operations can be done on a single machine, it would not only make work quite
easy and less tedious but also increases profitability .moreover, conventional machines are often hand operated for small scale industry

Failure investigation of axle box spring of railway 16 t coacheseSAT Journals
Abstract Spring is an elastic member whose main function is to deflect or distort under load and to recover its original shape when lo ad is removed. The springs used in the bogie suspension of Railway coaches are helical compression springs. Visual examination shows that failure is common between first to third coils. The exact time of failure cannot be determined as the coaches come for POH after 18 months. Some cracks also negotiate during load testing. Pattern of cracks showing it may subject to transverse forces. The cracks are detected in Magnaflux testing. The present works attempt to analyze design of primary suspension springs used in Railway coaches under transverse loading while negotiating curved path by using ANSYS 14.5 software. Stresses induced are compared with allowable stresses. Typical 16T coaches have been considered for the failure analysis. A review on design and development of eccentric shaft for cottonLaukik Raut
The present review provides brief information about
the design of eccentric shaft for cotton ginning
machine. The author suggest that, significant of
eccentric shaft are as follows,
1. Due to the small eccentric distance in design of
eccentric shaft; friction torque is very small, which
result in small friction loss and high system
efficiency.
2. The torque acted on motor increased as eccentric
distance expanded which result in poor force
condition and complicate structure.
3. Eccentric shaft are usually with features of small
eccentric distance, thus its can only provide small
displacement.
Eccentric shaft is the important element, which play
the important role in ginning operation. These shafts
provide an oscillatory motion or action to moving
knives. Eccentric shaft is required in various
industries according to their application. In
traditional case, implementation of the proper
selection of raw material, latest and advance
methodologies is typical task.
Examination of parametric linkages reveals that
eccentric shaft life is dependent on load acting on the
eccentric shaft, its geometry, metallurgical properties
and wear. Today in design and development of
eccentric shaft by using the good quality of raw
material that is alloy steel with composition of Fe
(98.5%), Al (0.5%), C (0.5%), and Mo (0.5%) by

CRYPTOGRAPHIC HASH KEY ALGORITHM TO MITIGATE WORMHOLE ATTACKS AND LURE CATCH ...IAEME Publication
Ad hoc networks are vulnerable to attacks due to mobility of nodes in a dynamic network where nodes can its position at any point of time. In MANeT, a lot of attacks can be initiated but most of them are comparatively easy to detect because of their property of dramatically changing the network data. It is very vital when considering security issues of MANET to consider wormhole attack, which is complex to detect & can spoil important data by directing to illegal nodes. It consists of two malicious nodes and a tunnel among them through which an attacker tunnel the data. In the route discovery process, a wormhole can relay route request and response messages between far-away nodes, creating the manifestation of shorter path to destination.

LABORATORY MODEL TESTS TO EFFECT OF DENSITY TO FILL MATERIAL ON THE PERFORMAN...IAEME Publication
The effective functioning of reinforced earth structures is very much dependent on the quality of materials and construction. Many times, due to poor quality of the materials used and poor quality control measures exercised, the density of the reinforced soil fill is not up to the design requirements, leading to underperformance or distress of the reinforced soil walls. Therefore, it becomes necessary to evaluate the level of underperformance vis-à-vis that of relative compaction. In view of this, in the present study, a series of laboratory experiments were carried out on a model soil wall of 300 mm high with vertical face, prepared at different density states of 95%, 80% and 70% of MDD of IS HCT. The wall was subjected to monotonic load applied through a model square footing of size (B) equal to 50 mm on the surface at an offset distance of 1(B). Similar tests were carried out on the soil wall reinforced with a Woven Geotextile in wrap around form; to study the effect of density on the performance of reinforced soil wall. The results indicated proportionality between relative compaction level and performance of soil wall without and with reinforcement.

PRODUCTION OF LIQUID FUELS FROM WASTE HDPE PLASTICS AND OPTIMIZING PARAMETERSIAEME Publication
In my research of fuel production through waste HDPE and plastic with the help of plastic to catalyst ratio as a catalyst in that first of all i prepare a mild steel closed air tight vessel having a lid on the top of it along with the hole which is attached by a long galvanize steel pipe then I filled the container up ¾ of its height with the waste plastic and polythene then by using external source of heater temperature of closed chamber is arises up to 300o C-450o C from room temperature on which the pyrolysis takes place which converts the waste plastic or polythene in useful fuel whose texture ,odour, colour, and all other properties like flash point ,fire point, cloud point, pour point, viscosity, are almost near to the petrol. After that the outcome fuel from a waste plastic or polythene is used as a normal fuel in a 100 CC bike and found the fuel gives more millage as compare to petrol about 4-6 km. Which increases the efficiency of the engine by 5-8%.& by using Taguchi Technique I optimize the various parameters which affects the production of plastic fuel by using advance technique I found the plastic to catalyst ratio is most affecting parameter.
Slider Crank Mechanism for Four bar linkageijsrd.com
the slider crank mechanism is a particular four bar linkage configuration that exhibits both linear and rotational motion simultaneously. This mechanism is frequently utilized in undergraduate engineering courses to investigate machine kinematics and resulting dynamic forces. The position, velocity, acceleration and shaking forces generated by a slider crank mechanism during operation can be determined analytically. Certain factors are often neglected from analytical calculations, causing results to differ from experimental data. The study of these slight variances produces useful insight. The following report details the successful design, fabrication and testing of a pneumatically powered slider crank mechanism for the purpose of classroom demonstration and experimentation. Transducers mounted to the mechanism record kinematic and dynamic force data during operation, which can then be compared to analytical values. The mechanism is capable of operating in balanced and unbalanced configurations so that the magnitude of shaking forces can be compared. The engine was successfully manufactured and operates as intended. Data recorded by the device's accelerometers is comparable to calculated values of acceleration and shaking force.

As there are six actuators in the linkage, the redundancy can be overcome by proper selection of the base joint variables. Also it is assumed that the motion is at a constant speed. A numerical example is shown with a straight line trajectory to illustrate the workspace and joint force calculation aspects of this linkage. The possible arrangement of the stage with electrostatic actuation and sensing are finally highlighted. Keywords: Kinematic redundancy, Parallel mechanism, Static analysis, and Workspace characteristics

BROAD UNEXPOSED SKILLS OF TRANSGENDER ENTREPRENEURSIAEME Publication
Since ages gender difference is always a debatable theme whether caused by nature, evolution or environment. The birth of a transgender is dreadful not only for the child but also for their parents. The pain of living in the wrong physique and treated as second class victimized citizen is outrageous and fully harboured with vicious baseless negative scruples. For so long, social exclusion had perpetuated inequality and deprivation experiencing ingrained malign stigma and besieged victims of crime or violence across their life spans. They are pushed into the murky way of life with a source of eternal disgust, bereft sexual potency and perennial fear. Although they are highly visible but very little is known about them. The common public needs to comprehend the ravaged arrogance on these insensitive souls and assist in integrating them into the mainstream by offering equal opportunity, treat with humanity and respect their dignity. Entrepreneurship in the current age is endorsing the gender fairness movement. Unstable careers and economic inadequacy had inclined one of the gender variant people called Transgender to become entrepreneurs. These tiny budding entrepreneurs resulted in economic transition by means of employment, free from the clutches of stereotype jobs, raised standard of living and handful of financial empowerment. Besides all these inhibitions, they were able to witness a platform for skill set development that ignited them to enter into entrepreneurial domain. This paper epitomizes skill sets involved in trans-entrepreneurs of Thoothukudi Municipal Corporation of Tamil Nadu State and is a groundbreaking determination to sightsee various skills incorporated and the impact on entrepreneurship.

Living in 21st century in itself reminds all of us the necessity of police and its administration. As more and more we are entering into the modern society and culture, the more we require the services of the so called ‘Khaki Worthy’ men i.e., the police personnel. Whether we talk of Indian police or the other nation’s police, they all have the same recognition as they have in India. But as already mentioned, their services and requirements are different after the like 26th November, 2008 incidents, where they without saving their own lives has sacrificed themselves without any hitch and without caring about their respective family members and wards. In other words, they are like our heroes and mentors who can guide us from the darkness of fear, militancy, corruption and other dark sides of life and so on. Now the question arises, if Gandhi would have been alive today, what would have been his reaction/opinion to the police and its functioning? Would he have some thing different in his mind now what he had been in his mind before the partition or would he be going to start some Satyagraha in the form of some improvement in the functioning of the police administration? Really these questions or rather night mares can come to any one’s mind, when there is too much confusion is prevailing in our minds, when there is too much corruption in the society and when the polices working is also in the questioning because of one or the other case throughout the India. It is matter of great concern that we have to thing over our administration and our practical approach because the police personals are also like us, they are part and parcel of our society and among one of us, so why we all are pin pointing towards them.

A STUDY OF VARIOUS TYPES OF LOANS OF SELECTED PUBLIC AND PRIVATE SECTOR BANKS...IAEME Publication
Banking regulations act of India, 1949 defines banking as “acceptance of deposits for the purpose of lending or investment from the public, repayment on demand or otherwise and withdrawable through cheques, drafts order or otherwise”, the major participants of the Indian financial system are commercial banks, the financial institution encompassing term lending institutions. Investments institutions, specialized financial institution and the state level development banks, non banking financial companies (NBFC) and other market intermediaries such has the stock brokers and money lenders are among the oldest of the certain variants of NBFC and the oldest market participants. The asset quality of banks is one of the most important indicators of their financial health. The Indian banking sector has been facing severe problems of increasing Non- Performing Assets (NPAs). The NPAs growth directly and indirectly affects the quality of assets and profitability of banks. It also shows the efficiency of banks credit risk management and the recovery effectiveness. NPA do not generate any income, whereas, the bank is required to make provisions for such as assets that why is a double edge weapon. This paper outlines the concept of quality of bank loans of different types like Housing, Agriculture and MSME loans in state Haryana of selected public and private sector banks. This study is highlighting problems associated with the role of commercial bank in financing Small and Medium Scale Enterprises (SME). The overall objective of the research was to assess the effect of the financing provisions existing for the setting up and operations of MSMEs in the country and to generate recommendations for more robust financing mechanisms for successful operation of the MSMEs, in turn understanding the impact of MSME loans on financial institutions due to NPA. ROLE OF SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN RURAL DEVELOPMENT OF INDIA - PROBLEMS AND ...IAEME Publication
The majority of the population in India lives in villages. The village is the back bone of the country. Village or rural industries play an important role in the national economy, particularly in the rural development. Developing the rural economy is one of the key indicators towards a country’s success. Whether it be the need to look after the welfare of the farmers or invest in rural infrastructure, Governments have to ensure that rural development isn’t compromised. The economic development of our country largely depends on the progress of rural areas and the standard of living of rural masses. Village or rural industries play an important role in the national economy, particularly in the rural development. Rural entrepreneurship is based on stimulating local entrepreneurial talent and the subsequent growth of indigenous enterprises. It recognizes opportunity in the rural areas and accelerates a unique blend of resources either inside or outside of agriculture. Rural entrepreneurship brings an economic value to the rural sector by creating new methods of production, new markets, new products and generate employment opportunities thereby ensuring continuous rural development. Social Entrepreneurship has the direct and primary objective of serving the society along with the earning profits. So, social entrepreneurship is different from the economic entrepreneurship as its basic objective is not to earn profits but for providing innovative solutions to meet the society needs which are not taken care by majority of the entrepreneurs as they are in the business for profit making as a sole objective. So, the Social Entrepreneurs have the huge growth potential particularly in the developing countries like India where we have huge societal disparities in terms of the financial positions of the population. Still 22 percent of the Indian population is below the poverty line and also there is disparity among the rural & urban population in terms of families living under BPL. 25.7 percent of the rural population & 13.7 percent of the urban population is under BPL which clearly shows the disparity of the poor people in the rural and urban areas. The need to develop social entrepreneurship in agriculture is dictated by a large number of social problems. Such problems include low living standards, unemployment, and social tension. The reasons that led to the emergence of the practice of social entrepreneurship are the above factors. The research problem lays upon disclosing the importance of role of social entrepreneurship in rural development of India. The paper the tendencies of social entrepreneurship in India, to present successful examples of such business for providing recommendations how to improve situation in rural areas in terms of social entrepreneurship development. Indian government has made some steps towards development of social enterprises, social entrepreneurship, and social in- novation, but a lot remains to be improved.

Hierarchical Digital Twin of a Naval Power SystemKerry Sado
A hierarchical digital twin of a Naval DC power system has been developed and experimentally verified. Similar to other state-of-the-art digital twins, this technology creates a digital replica of the physical system executed in real-time or faster, which can modify hardware controls. However, its advantage stems from distributing computational efforts by utilizing a hierarchical structure composed of lower-level digital twin blocks and a higher-level system digital twin. Each digital twin block is associated with a physical subsystem of the hardware and communicates with a singular system digital twin, which creates a system-level response. By extracting information from each level of the hierarchy, power system controls of the hardware were reconfigured autonomously. This hierarchical digital twin development offers several advantages over other digital twins, particularly in the field of naval power systems. The hierarchical structure allows for greater computational efficiency and scalability while the ability to autonomously reconfigure hardware controls offers increased flexibility and responsiveness. The hierarchical decomposition and models utilized were well aligned with the physical twin, as indicated by the maximum deviations between the developed digital twin hierarchy and the hardware.

The conical article is a very heavy device (say weighing up to 500kgs). It has to
be precisely aligned with the main article (cylindrical) which is placed on a stationary
support on the ground. Due to the large weight of the payload it becomes very
difficult for the operators to integrate it with the main articles. Various problems arise
and a proper mechanism satisfying the purpose satisfactorily is required. A number of
problems had to be tackled arising from this process of integration. An alternative
process was required to overcome these problems, also it was effective to compare old
and the new process. It seems to be very challenging and new and innovative methods
have been thought about. It will be a great help if a more effective and efficient
alternative is being made.

3.1. Eureka: A New 5-Degree-of-Freedom Redundant Parallel Mechanism
with High Tilting Capabilities [1]
It is a new parallel mechanism which provides 5 motions .The five desired motions
include three translational and two rotational motions. High tilting angles (about first
axis and whole revolution about the following axis)is achieved by this device . This is
achieved with the help of actuation redundancy and specific travelling . . Kinematic
models are derived. Due to its particular shape the geometrical model is also derived
with ease. The paper explains plot of well conditioned workspace and practical
designs, free of self-collisions.
3.2. Kinematic Analysis Of a Translational 3-Dof Tensegrity
Mechanism[2]
It presents a novel three-degree-of-freedom mechanism based tensegrity architecture.
A cable driven mechanism is there and it exhibits three-dimensional translational
motion. Analytical solutions to the direct and inverse kinematic problems are
generated based on the geometry as well as statics of the mechanism. The boundaries
of the reachable Cartesian workspace are produced based on maintaining valid
tensegrity configurations and requiring the actuated cables to be in tension. Low
inertia, relatively large workspace volume and the movement produced by the
mechanism assure for high speed applications such as pick and place operations.

For the precise alignment of the two articles, they must be given all the degrees of
freedom mentioned. Various alternatives have been considered and the finalised
concept is as follows. The rolling motion is given by two drivers and two follower
rollers. The concerned article will be mounted on these rollers with a metal strip
fitting on the rollers. These have tested for load bearing capacity such that they are
sufficient enough to bear the load of the conical object and successfully rotate it to
certain degree sufficient enough for bolting. The rollers, one driver and one follower,
are mounted inside two C-sector curved beams each. The C-sectors being placed at
calculated distances providing stability as well as support. Each curved beam is
supported on an I-beam with the means of the same I-columns. Vertical motion is
given to this I-beam (the top frame) with the help of a toggle jack with a capacity
2452.5 N. The toggle jack is mounted on the middle frame made of two C-sectors.
Two such toggle jacks have been provided on two middle frames .C-sector thus
doubling the chances of safety and increasing capacity. Varying the motions of the
toggle jacks simultaneously results in achieving pitching, a desired motion.
To overcome horizontal misalignment of the axes of the two articles, there needs
to be freedom of lateral movement. This movement is provided by cross slides. The
bottom rail is attached to the bottom frame, a composite of two C-beams, and the top
rail is attached to the middle frame. The top rail of cross slide slides over the bottom
rail cross slide. The part in contact is fit with Teflon strips to minimize friction and
give lateral movement. The cross slides are moved by means of a power screw. The
nut of power screw is fixed to the bottom frame and the screw itself fits in a collar fit
with the middle frame. This gives a relative motion when the screw is rotated. A total
of four cross slides provides this motion with ease such that there are two on each side
and a total of two power screws. Thus varying their motion will also result in
achieving yawing motion. To move the cylindrical part closer to the conical part in
longitudinal motion, rail system will be used. The device is rested on these rails on
wheels by rotating the axle of the common shaft wheel, longitudinal movement can be
achieved. So all the six degrees of freedom have been covered by the device.

6. CONCLUSION
Thus the six degrees of freedom have been achieved amongst which three being
translational and three being rotational. Vertical motion has been successfully
achieved by means of the toggle jack. The rotational motion has been achieved by
means of rollers, lateral motion by the cross slides and the horizontal traverse by rails
and wheels. The other motions like yawing and pitching are achieved by varying the
inputs of these parameters needed to provide these motions precisely and safely. Thus
all motions are achieved under safe and precise considerations so as to assemble the
required parts.
