Several key factors for an oil refinery are evaluated, including availability of land, transportation, resources, water, effluent disposal, power, and environmental impacts. Based on the analysis and weightings given to each factor, Site B scored higher with 780 points compared to 700 points for Site A, suggesting it may be the preferred location. However, Site B requires some mitigation measures regarding its land location and power infrastructure.
