Federal health care costs continue to exceed the American economy fueled by federal health care law,
rising enrollments, and increased enrollee spending. The 2010 Affordable Care Act (ACA)
significantly changed federal health care policies in the key areas of insurance coverage, access to
care, medical care financing, and Medicare program operations. ACA provides good benefits to
Americans but comes with a 12.2% increase in cost to the federal government (Meyer, 2017). Health
care costs are projected to increase to more than $4 trillion dollars by the end of 2017 nearly doubling
since 2006 (Meyer, 2017). Economists project this trend to continue estimating a 6.9% increase
annually making it the single highest cost to the federal government (Edwards, 2017). The cost of

costs specifically in Medicaid and Medicate Part D (Federal Deficit fit with Health Care, 2017. The

The CORE Concert Dance Company show presented the dance style of contemporary with the
addition to aerial choreography. The dancers presented many movements through the use of their
bodies that stemmed from choreography in ballet and modern dance moves. With contemporary being
my all time favorite style, the dancers provided a sense of freedom, expression, and unpredictability in
the ways they articulated the movement of the body itself and the objects that were used. In many of

During the performance there were a lot of joyousness and call and response in the choreography. The

Do you know of anyone who has been a victim of a major crime? I live near the nation s capitol and
our local news channel carries stories about people meeting this fate every day. The worst part is that
the criminal is often under the age of eighteen. In 2016, in Washington, D.C. alone, there were 3,278
juveniles arrested for criminal activity ( Biannual Reports ). I find myself wondering if that criminal
will be tried as an adult or merely spend time in juvenile detention. I wonder if the child understands

development is when an individual learns to obeys rules in order to avoid punishment. Pre
conventional morality development in young children demonstrates that they are capable of
understanding that there are laws that need to be followed and failure to follow them will result in
