This document summarizes the steps taken and results of piloting an electronic mentoring evaluation survey across multiple schools at UCSF. It describes conducting two pilot tests of the survey, refining it based on feedback, obtaining necessary approvals, and analyzing initial results. Demographic data is presented on the 185 participants in the second pilot test across Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy and Dentistry. Results showed the survey took an average of 4 minutes to complete and 92% of those with a mentor completed it. Next steps outlined completing development of the survey for wider rollout and evaluation.
