department with the compiling and presentation of appraisals, and assist with the design and writing of an
accounting computer system for real estate companies (which had already been under design for
sometime). After a couple months, the development of a new accounting system was abandoned and I
began evaluating software that was already on the market; and then overseeing the subsequent installation
and training of the chosen software. Over the next couple years, the appraisal department was moved to a
separate location, the accountant retired, the bookkeeper resigned and the administrative assistant to the
President’s personal secretary retired; and so my job description was changing constantly. My current
duties include: ad design and layout, event planning and set-up, acting as the liaison between company and
computer hardware techs, evaluating and resolving computer issues, agent billing, accounts receivable, all
payroll requirements (paychecks, tax deposits, quarterly/yearly reports, W-2s, audits), bookkeeping
