Responsibilities:
• Pre-Installation preparation to ensure that all important technical requirements, project scope
deliverables, essentials "milestones”, development and delivery time schedules (including any
delay due to unforeseen circumstances) are properly conveyed between the identified parties
• Ensure all proper steps/test are performed during an installation & troubleshoot problems/errors
encountered during installation and record all problems/errors and its resolution
• Works closely with all parties to ensure a smooth pre-installation, installation and post-
installation
• Leads the project installation & Conducts project meetings
• Drives the timelines associated with the entire project with regards to database, training, data
entry, conversion and Go Live
• Ensures cutover during a project is handled in an accurate, timely and smooth manner & conduct
proper user training class
• Record and immediately convey all new customer requests to Helpdesk
• Perform on-site support during system Go Live Period and coordinates with the hotel. Post-
Installation debriefing including submission of all documents immediately upon return to the
office.
• Performs post-audit installations for hotels & Performs other professional services duties when
required
• Performs support duties when not on project
• Performs level 2 on-site support when case escalated by help desk team.
• Develop skills in organizing and achieving time based targets, along with a well-grounded
