- Administering the process of monthly payroll for all employees (Blue Collar, White Collar
and Management) to ensure timely and accurate disbursement of monthly salary. (before
the 25th of every month).
- Supervise the maintenance and updating of personnel information of all employees to
ensure that strict confidentiality is maintained at all times i.e. compensation details,
personal files, leave and time information, etc.
- Control the compensation practices and processes within the department to ensure that
they are in line with the company policies and guidelines.
- Investigate and flag inconsistencies in the salary and benefits structure in comparison to
