Responsible for all compliances like ESIC, LWF, EPF, Minimum wages, gratuity, notices
and other activities.
Calculation and online submission of PF & ESIC challans of all the covered employees through
E-return tool version – 6, EPFO E-Sewa Portal & ESIC online Portal.
Responsible for timely remittance of ESI, PF & LWF.
Responsible for preparing data pertaining monthly & annual returns in terms ESIC & EPF.
Responsible for timely screwing of all the notices received from government offices and reply
them under guidance of our legal Advisor.
Responsible for all the filings & other documentations like processing of PF transfers & PF
withdrawal forms of left employees by generating KYC.
Coordinate with ESIC local office for issuing ESIC biometric cards, organizing camps, claims &
settlement for all the eligible employees who cover under ESIC.
