HR Operations
 Worked on recruitment & selection, leave management, induction, exit and implementation of
the same.
 Responsible for personnel file management, employee code generation, Joining (post joining
&pre joining) & exit (full & final settlement) formalities.
 Responsible for all updates in master data base& HRMS, such as changes in reporting
manager, designation, position, promotion and contact details etc.
 Preparing reports on monthly head-count, retention, attrition, new joiners, exit, salary paid vs
total active, documents status (joining& separation), promotions and terminations.
 Reviewing existing systems & procedures in the HR areas to initiate measures for achieving
higher operational efficiency.
 Issuing the various letters like appointment letters, confirmation Letters, transfer letters,
appraisal letter, warning letters, termination letters, salary certificates & experience letters etc.
 Update & Maintain Leave details of employees.
 Providing mediclaim reimbursements/ cashless services to covered employees.
 Coordinating with the dept. heads for technical & soft skills training identification also for in-
house training programs.
 Responsible for the smooth running of Separation/ exit process.
Recruitment & Resource
 Preparing job description after identification of manpower requirements from various
departments and function heads.
 Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources
like job postings, IJP, references, database searching and through consultants.
 Co-ordination with team and consultants for searching and screening of applications/CV.
 Then Interviews and selection process.
 Salary negotiation and then processing for issuance of offer letter.
Payroll Administration
 Responsible for the handling and updating the complete manpower data in terms of
compensation with accuracy for payroll.
 Responsible for payroll inputs for separation, reimbursement, increment, incentives, Leave
encashment & other activities to payroll related.
 Responsible for managing attendance and providing working days payroll processing.
 Ensuring correct calculation & deduction of statutory compliances like PT, PF, ESI and other
details in pay summary and coordinating with accounts department for generating the payroll.
Compensation & Benefits / Statutory Compliance
 Responsible for all compliances like ESIC, LWF, EPF, Minimum wages, gratuity, notices
and other activities.
 Calculation and online submission of PF & ESIC challans of all the covered employees through
E-return tool version – 6, EPFO E-Sewa Portal & ESIC online Portal.
 Responsible for timely remittance of ESI, PF & LWF.
 Responsible for preparing data pertaining monthly & annual returns in terms ESIC & EPF.
 Responsible for timely screwing of all the notices received from government offices and reply
them under guidance of our legal Advisor.
 Responsible for all the filings & other documentations like processing of PF transfers & PF
withdrawal forms of left employees by generating KYC.
 Coordinate with ESIC local office for issuing ESIC biometric cards, organizing camps, claims &
settlement for all the eligible employees who cover under ESIC.
 Having experience in PF & ESIC annual inspections.
Performance Appraisal
 Coordinating in formulation & implementation of increment, incentive & other remuneration
policies as well as devising and effectuating Performance Management System.
 Managing Appraisal process across the levels and establishing framework for substantiating
Performance Appraisal system linked to Reward Management.
 Helping Functional Heads for determining KRAs.
Employee Engagement
 Responsible for timely birthday bash & anniversaries mail to the employees.
 Arranging combined birthday& anniversary parties on the last Saturday of the month.
 Providing information to the organization about new joiners by dropping welcome mails.
 Responsible for activities & games on festival celebration.
