This project presentation summarizes a renewable energy-based refrigeration system. The system uses a Peltier chip to produce a refrigeration effect when powered by a battery. The battery is charged using solar panels, a windmill, and a hand wheel that converts rotational energy to electrical energy. Heat is removed from one side of the Peltier chip using a heat sink. The system provides low-cost, portable refrigeration without vibrations or noise for applications such as food preservation, medical supplies, and more.
