This document outlines reform areas and plans for the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine. Key short, medium, and long term reform areas are identified across transport sectors like maritime, aviation, rail, road, and state-owned enterprises. Sectorial program managers will work in close cooperation with legal experts of the technical office and all key stakeholders in
