This document provides information about the Reading in Pairs educational program. It consists of three parts: 1) The program uses peer tutoring where students read with a classmate and also with a family member at home to improve reading comprehension and English skills. It aims to increase cooperation and promote family involvement. 2) The basic activities include preparing for reading, reading aloud together, asking comprehension questions, and expressive reading. Family members play a role in helping children with school tasks at home. 3) Advice is given to family tutors on choosing a quiet space, preparing activities, reading at a slight pace ahead, using a PPP method of prompting and praising, acknowledging when answers are unknown, and
