The Annual Report section is divided into:
1. Annual Report
1. Annual Report
• Annual report consists of:
1. General Information and Coordination (once per year)
2. RCE Project (multiple per year possible)
3. Self Evaluation (once a year)
Only the RCE Coordinator can submit a report/ project. All
coordinators must be registered with their RCE Name in
the UNU-IAS database, so that the report is linked to the
correct RCE. It is the coordinator’s responsibility to ensure
access to whomever is submitting the report with the
coordinator’s login details. UNU-IAS will not give out
additional logins for submission.

How to submit an Annual Report

Select ‘Create RCE General Information and
Coordination’
How to submit an Annual Report
If you are submitting a report for the first time, the
system will open up a blank form.
If a report has already been submitted, the
system recognises the user and opens up the
existing ‘General Information and Coordination’
data for the current year. In this case, you only
need to edit and save. The same applies to ‘Self
Evaluation’.
The RCE Coordinator can submit several projects.
For the first time, go to ‘Create Reports’ and select ‘Create
RCE Project’. Every time you select ‘Create RCE Project’
the system will open a blank form.

How to submit a Project
RCE Name
Any project will automatically be linked to the RCE’s Annual
Report and will be listed in the table.
No manual attachment is necessary to link projects to the
RCE or the Annual Report.
Once the ‘RCE Project’ form is filled in, it will automatically come up in the
“Projects” tab of the Annual Report. ‘Add New Project’ to submit more projects
in one go.
2. Awards
RCE Awards can only be
nominated once the Annual
Report has been submitted!
Once the Annual Report submitted by the RCE Coordinator, the
below button will appear to nominate the project for RCE Award
Nominate a Project that is already submitted
After clicking the button (previous slide) it will redirect to this form. Select your
project in the drop down menu and complete the form for nomination.
Note: You can only select one project at a time.

Rce portal tutorial 101: How to submit Annual Reports and nominate Awards

  • 2. Annual Report Annual Report 1. General Information and Coordination 2. RCE Project 3. Self Evaluation Awards 1. Nominate a project that is already submitted The Annual Report section is divided into:
  • 4. 1. Annual Report • Annual report consists of: 1. General Information and Coordination (once per year) 2. RCE Project (multiple per year possible) 3. Self Evaluation (once a year) Only the RCE Coordinator can submit a report/ project. All coordinators must be registered with their RCE Name in the UNU-IAS database, so that the report is linked to the correct RCE. It is the coordinator’s responsibility to ensure access to whomever is submitting the report with the coordinator’s login details. UNU-IAS will not give out additional logins for submission.
  • 5. Access Reports via the homepage Click this button to access the Annual Reports
  • 6. Access reports via the community tab http://www.rce-network.org/portal/create-reports Go to ‘Community’ and click on ‘Annual Reports’
  • 7. How to submit an Annual Report http://www.rce-network.org/portal/create-reports Select ‘Create RCE General Information and Coordination’
  • 8. How to submit an Annual Report If you are submitting a report for the first time, the system will open up a blank form. If a report has already been submitted, the system recognises the user and opens up the existing ‘General Information and Coordination’ data for the current year. In this case, you only need to edit and save. The same applies to ‘Self Evaluation’.
  • 9. The RCE Coordinator can submit several projects. For the first time, go to ‘Create Reports’ and select ‘Create RCE Project’. Every time you select ‘Create RCE Project’ the system will open a blank form. http://www.rce-network.org/portal/create-reports How to submit a Project
  • 10. RCE Name Any project will automatically be linked to the RCE’s Annual Report and will be listed in the table. No manual attachment is necessary to link projects to the RCE or the Annual Report.
  • 11. Once the ‘RCE Project’ form is filled in, it will automatically come up in the “Projects” tab of the Annual Report. ‘Add New Project’ to submit more projects in one go.
  • 13. RCE Awards can only be nominated once the Annual Report has been submitted!
  • 14. Once the Annual Report submitted by the RCE Coordinator, the below button will appear to nominate the project for RCE Award
  • 15. Nominate a Project that is already submitted After clicking the button (previous slide) it will redirect to this form. Select your project in the drop down menu and complete the form for nomination. Note: You can only select one project at a time.
