How to start a course (1/2)
A course can be started
either under the tab in
“My area” (once you have
joined a course) or under the
tab ”All courses”. But
anyway: you will be linked
directly to the content once
you joined.

In order to start a
learning module, please
click on the link.
In order to start a
questionnaire, please
click on the link.
By clicking on “Actions”,
you will have the
possibility to create a
shortcut to your desktop
“My area” / Welcome
page.
How to complete a course
In order to complete an
eLearning course, you
need to have
successfully completed
all questionnaires
belonging to the course.
„Preconditions‟ means
that the questionnaires
have to be completed in
the assigned order.
The certificate is
attached to the last
questionnaire of the
eLearning course. Once
you have completed all
questionnaires, the
certificate is made
available and you can
download it.
Learning progress of a course
When you are inside a
course, you can click on
“Learning progress” to
see your current status.
However, this function
does not show the real
achieved percentage,
either nothing or 100%
can be shown in this
case.
Global Learning Progress
This section shows all learning
progresses of your courses
under the tab “My Area”. Please
note that the percentage does
not indicate the real
percentage, but only if you
passed or not. That means that
once you have passed a
course, 100% will be indicated.

The characteristics of a questionnaire (1/3)
Two types of questions
You will find Multiple Choice
and Multiple Response
questions inside the
questionnaire, multiple
answers are therefore
possible.
80% of the questions need to be
answered correctly.
The questions arrange
themselves randomly.
In order to answer the
questionnaire, you should have
completed each module.
You may return to the module in
order to look at individual
sections again.
Please note: An attempt is only counted when you submit your answers in the
questionnaire – if you only open the questionnaire, nothing will be counted! The
direct evaluation can possibly take a few seconds – please have patience.
The characteristics of a questionnaire (2/3)
You may have the possibility to
review your given answers in
case that you did not pass.
After having received your result,
please click on “Finish”. If there is
no action, or you do not close the
window, the score cannot be
transferred to the platform.
The characteristics of a questionnaire (3/3)
If you open a questionnaire and
you start to answer, but then
need to stop suddenly, your
already given answers are stored
in the background. When you
open the questionnaire the next
time, you will be asked if you
want to continue to fill in the
questionnaire or if you want to
begin again.
In case that you want to continue,
your given answers will be made
available.

  • 3. Your Welcome Page „My area“ / Your Desktop This is your personal area. You have the possibility to arrange this area yourself; this means that you can remove items from this site by clicking on the right side on the button “Actions”.
  • 4. Your Welcome Page „My area“ / Your Desktop When you click on “All courses” you will see all available courses.
  • 5. All courses Please click on one of the language versions in order to get access to the respective course. Please follow also the next page.
  • 6. Join a course In order to get access to the content of the course, please click on “Join”.1 2
  • 7. How to start a course (1/2) A course can be started either under the tab in “My area” (once you have joined a course) or under the tab ”All courses”. But anyway: you will be linked directly to the content once you joined.
  • 8. How to start a course (2/2) In order to start a learning module, please click on the link. In order to start a questionnaire, please click on the link. By clicking on “Actions”, you will have the possibility to create a shortcut to your desktop “My area” / Welcome page.
  • 9. How to complete a course In order to complete an eLearning course, you need to have successfully completed all questionnaires belonging to the course. „Preconditions‟ means that the questionnaires have to be completed in the assigned order. The certificate is attached to the last questionnaire of the eLearning course. Once you have completed all questionnaires, the certificate is made available and you can download it.
  • 10. Learning progress of a course When you are inside a course, you can click on “Learning progress” to see your current status. However, this function does not show the real achieved percentage, either nothing or 100% can be shown in this case.
  • 11. Global Learning Progress This section shows all learning progresses of your courses under the tab “My Area”. Please note that the percentage does not indicate the real percentage, but only if you passed or not. That means that once you have passed a course, 100% will be indicated.

The characteristics of a questionnaire (1/3) Two types of questions You will find Multiple Choice and Multiple Response questions inside the questionnaire, multiple answers are therefore possible. 80% of the questions need to be answered correctly. The questions arrange themselves randomly. In order to answer the questionnaire, you should have completed each module. You may return to the module in order to look at individual sections again. Please note: An attempt is only counted when you submit your answers in the questionnaire – if you only open the questionnaire, nothing will be counted! The direct evaluation can possibly take a few seconds – please have patience.
  • 22. The characteristics of a questionnaire (2/3) You may have the possibility to review your given answers in case that you did not pass. After having received your result, please click on “Finish”. If there is no action, or you do not close the window, the score cannot be transferred to the platform.
  • 23. The characteristics of a questionnaire (3/3) If you open a questionnaire and you start to answer, but then need to stop suddenly, your already given answers are stored in the background. When you open the questionnaire the next time, you will be asked if you want to continue to fill in the questionnaire or if you want to begin again. In case that you want to continue, your given answers will be made available.
