This document provides instructions for modeling the 3D structure of a target protein using the protein modeling software MODELLER. It describes how to set up a Google Colab notebook, install the necessary software including MODELLER, build a sequence profile for the target, search for template structures, align the target and template, build homology models, visualize the models using PyMOL, and evaluate the best model using validation tools on the SAVES server. The overall aim is to generate an accurate 3D structural model of the target protein Prolyl 4-hydroxylase 13 from Arabidopsis thaliana.
