 Coach and advise supervisors and management on legal, fair, and consistent, treatment of staff;
provides interpretation of policies, provides specialized training in areas such as prevention of sexual
harassment,valuing diversity, and fostering open communication.
 Represents organization in employment matters and unemployment hearings.
 Coordinates Exit Survey Process and reports results.
 Coordinates activities for service awards and recognition programs.
 Comply with all Federal, State, and local laws and organizational policies.
Talent Acquisition
 Identify and source appropriate talent for vacant position within the region.
 Identify future talent needs and proactively recruit and source for position.
 Manage the recruitment process,including initial assessments,interviews, and offers.
