Professional Experience Highlights
HEAD COLLEGE COUNSELOR
Responsible for administering all aspects of the college search, admission process and delivery
of academic advising services, including:
• Development of academic competencies within the University system, guide students in
course and major selection, teach self-evaluation of academic success, help students
interpret and understand policies.
• Assessment of student progress towards degree requirements, student referral for
academic or personal counseling.
• Collaborate with advising staff to provide new students orientation (transfer and new
enrollees)
• Develop and coordinate programs to increase retention and progression of students.
• Assist students in the development of education, career and life goals
• Manage development of program updates and coordinate work study and job training
• Provide training, seminars, workshop and orientation for staff and students
• Conduct weekly outreach and recruitment activities in different centers including,
adoption center, rehabilitation center, adult home services, behavioral hospital and
hospice center.
HUMAN RESOURCE DISTRICT MANAGER
Responsible for providing employee relations and human resource support. Provide responsive
human resource expertise and consulting with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
of the company. Successfully manage multiple priorities that align with the company’s strategies
and business goals.
• Experienced using industry standard Human Performance Improvement (performance
based analysis) methodologies for company success and challenges.
• Provide human resource services and support on complex employee relations issues
such as investigations, policy violations and complaints.

FINANCE STORE MANAGER AND BOOKKEEPER
Manage the daily operations of the finance department and ensure the timely and accurate
processing of accounts payable and receivable.
• Provides leadership and direction for the day-to-day operational management of the
finance department, to ensure that staff process and provide information efficiently,
accurately and in compliance with the designated policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement department specific customer service, human resource and
financial goals and objective consistent with the company and/or institution’s strategic
plan and goals
• Perform all aspect of human resource management, including recruitment and
retention, analyzing staff mix and deploying staff ensuring competency of staff through
development, training and regular evaluation and providing disciplinary counseling.
• Manage, develop and monitor the department’s operating and capital budget, making
adjustments as needed to stay within budget guidelines.
• Review accounts receivable/payable’s reports to analyze and provide financial data and
analysis for miscellaneous internal and external reporting, review and report significant
variances.
• Advise management of actions and potential risks. Ensure compliance with legal
requirements by researching existing and new legislation, consulting with outside
advisors and filing financial reports.
• Ensure the completion of miscellaneous special and recurring projects.
STORE MANAGER AND FACILITATOR
Provide supervision for the daily operations of the store. Assist in developing departmental
policies and procedures in the retail department.
• Recruit, hire, train, discipline and supervise staff including completion of performance
evaluations and competency assessments. Maintain and update staff procedure
manuals, staff training programs and quality assurance programs. Communicate
effectively with the staff and develop and effective team which promotes open
communication between co-workers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Provide leadership and acts as a resource to departmental staff to ensure smooth
operations of the day-to-day activities while ensuring operational goals and customer
needs are met.
• Participate in the development and implementation of operational processes and
supervise the activities of the retail department. Assist in the development of and
provide recommendation for systems and processes that further develop the company’s
ability to provide efficient revenue cycle operations.
• Participate in the establishment of policies and procedures for the revenue cycle
according to the administrative and legal requirement.
• Collaborate and coordinate with other branch management and alliances to ensure
