A hands-on energetic and passionate educator dedicated to providing top notch services responsive
to the needs of military families and their children. Nichele has superb communication skills and
can use these to motivate staff and entry level students to maximize their learning potential. As a
natural leader she can chair meetings with senior management and is not intimidated by making
tough but necessary managerial decisions. Her nature is to keep abreast of current policies, best
practices, trends, and national standards related to the field of education and military programs and
services available. Her experience will allow her to provide efficient and effective services to patrons
