Editor's Notes
Good morning everyone, thank you for allowing us to introduce our company and explain our business model to you. Route Direct came about because client's and colleagues that Alan had and I had separately, were sending the same message. Which was they needed new ways of “making projects happen”. The group of colleagues that we had worked with closely over the years spent many hours talking about what needs done, and from that came the chrysalis of an idea. Which became Route Direct.
The BEMS regularly controls items of plant and equipment which are responsible for over 80% of the energy consumed within commercial premises. For reasons already discussed it does not necessarily equate that it controls them in the most energy efficient manner. However this can be quick and simple to resolve, requiring only low cost revenue spend, and it consistently offers an excellent return on investment. It provides numerous opportunities to reduce energy consumption without adversely affecting comfort conditions of the building occupiers.
However, the fastest route to sustainable energy savings is to review and optimise the performance of the BeMS.It is a quick and simple thing to achieve, requiring only low cost revenue spend, and it consistently offers an excellent return on investment. It provides numerous opportunities to reduce energy consumption without adversely affecting comfort conditions of the building occupiers.
