ABSTRACT
It illustrates that :-
• How the awareness of the basic nature of the
soul and its knowledge helps in improving the
undesirable behavior of the students and makes
them more disciplined.
• How exemplary teachers use the technique of
self actualization in the classroom to reach
students’ heart.
• How do teachers learn to transform their
knowledge into representation that make sense
to the students
“Don’t just invest on child, also invest in the
child, “Investment on” gives outer prosperity,
“Investment in” ensures inner enfoldment and
lasting prosperity. True education is
“investment on” the child complimented with
“investment in” the child.”

Scheme of education prevailing today
Develop competencies needed for material
success in life
Nurturing of the basic nature is missing element
in today’s education
We ignore that life and education are synonyms
• Violence is first born inside us and later on
manifests externally
• Mind can be controlled by living in the basic
nature of the soul.
Inner and outer world is always in a
constant flux
How much to be grown inward?
What is undesirable behavior
• The matter of expression.
• The foul smell of the manure can be
transformed into the fragrance of flowers.
• Method of transformation /elimination
Because their decision making brain does not
support them to discriminate between good
and bad but their basic nature is moral and
upright so they can be improved by taking
care of their basic nature.
WHY DO SOME CHILDREN NOT
BEHAVE PROPERLY?
THE PURPOSE OF THE STUDY
• To examine how awareness of the inner world
helps in making a balance with the outer
world and helps in modifying the undesirable
behavior of the students to make them
disciplined.
• How does the calm and centeredness of the
teacher helps in aligning the distracted
energies of the children in a positive manner.

FINDINGS
• Various levels of calm and centeredness
• Positive moral sprang up
• Behavioral improvement of the students.
• Positive moral became highly contagious
• Teachers used to share their personal growth
• They developed skills and implemented in the
class.
• Created a strong emotional bond for the children
• Minimum amount of grumbling could be seen..
• A change was felt in the appearance of the
teachers
• Blaming to the students got over
• Teachers started looking for the causes of
undesirable behavior.
• Problems became challenges.
• Reaction was replaced by response
• Enhanced work efficiency
• Corporal punishment was reduced to zero.
A gradual improvement can be seen in this bar graph. The undesirable behavior reduced
from 31 to 7 students from November to March, a raise in the month of April and a fall can
be seen in the month of May again. There is a reason for the raise in the undesirable
behavior, that the school was closed for twenty two days after the examination. The
students’ behavior could not be monitored by the teachers during this period.
• The teacher is the key in this study
• Aggressive children need more help at that
particular moment
• Teacher’s tried to look the situation through the
child’s eyes.
• The child got fundamental guarantee that his
feelings are important

What makes this different from the other innovations
LIMITATIONS AND THE
DELIMITATIONS OF THE STUDY
• To make people understand the importance of
inner world
• The parent body has not been involved
CONCLUSION
• We need to work persistently
• Every child is born with the basic nature
teacher's need to ignite it
• Students’ need to be enabled to explore their
inner world

ABSTRACT It illustrates that :- • How the awareness of the basic nature of the soul and its knowledge helps in improving the undesirable behavior of the students and makes them more disciplined. • How exemplary teachers use the technique of self actualization in the classroom to reach students’ heart. • How do teachers learn to transform their knowledge into representation that make sense to the students

  • 6. • Violence is first born inside us and later on manifests externally • Mind can be controlled by living in the basic nature of the soul.

  • 11. Because their decision making brain does not support them to discriminate between good and bad but their basic nature is moral and upright so they can be improved by taking care of their basic nature. WHY DO SOME CHILDREN NOT BEHAVE PROPERLY?

THE PURPOSE OF THE STUDY • To examine how awareness of the inner world helps in making a balance with the outer world and helps in modifying the undesirable behavior of the students to make them disciplined. • How does the calm and centeredness of the teacher helps in aligning the distracted energies of the children in a positive manner.

  • 26. • Various levels of calm and centeredness • Positive moral sprang up • Behavioral improvement of the students. • Positive moral became highly contagious • Teachers used to share their personal growth • They developed skills and implemented in the class.
  • 27. • Created a strong emotional bond for the children • Minimum amount of grumbling could be seen.. • A change was felt in the appearance of the teachers • Blaming to the students got over • Teachers started looking for the causes of undesirable behavior. • Problems became challenges. • Reaction was replaced by response • Enhanced work efficiency • Corporal punishment was reduced to zero.
  • 28. A gradual improvement can be seen in this bar graph. The undesirable behavior reduced from 31 to 7 students from November to March, a raise in the month of April and a fall can be seen in the month of May again. There is a reason for the raise in the undesirable behavior, that the school was closed for twenty two days after the examination. The students’ behavior could not be monitored by the teachers during this period.

  • 30. • The teacher is the key in this study • Aggressive children need more help at that particular moment • Teacher’s tried to look the situation through the child’s eyes. • The child got fundamental guarantee that his feelings are important DISCUSSION What makes this different from the other innovations
  • 31. LIMITATIONS AND THE DELIMITATIONS OF THE STUDY • To make people understand the importance of inner world • The parent body has not been involved
  • 32. CONCLUSION • We need to work persistently • Every child is born with the basic nature teacher's need to ignite it • Students’ need to be enabled to explore their inner world
