Moral education is important for children as it provides a framework for appropriate behavior and decision-making. Instilling principles like compassion, respect, and kindness from a young age can improve children's self-esteem, focus, and judgment. When children learn honesty, kindness, fairness, and selflessness, it makes them better citizens and helps them build strong relationships as adults. Parents should lead by positive example and encourage their children's moral development through appreciation, shared life lessons, and example-based communication.

Have been asked to speak the THEME: THE ROLE OF GOD’S MORAL BEHAVIOR IN ATTAINING ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE
I am going to speak more on moral as the basic requirement of standard Society. However, God’s Role is to set the standards according John 14:6 “I am the way, the truth and Light” he says.
What is the Behavior of God?
1. Holiness
2. Honesty
3. Justice
4. Equity and equality
5. Fairness etc.
Mr. Chairman, let me now look in details on the subject of Morales as affect our Society today.
The share and responsibility of the school in developing the personality of a child is very important. The school is not only the place to acquire knowledge but also gives students an opportunity to develop a broader outlook on life.

Quality Care Overview
What does QUALITY mean?
• How good or bad something is
• A characteristic or feature that someone or
something has
• Something that can be noticed as a part of a
person or thing
• A high level of value or excellence
Why is Quality Childcare
important?
What is Quality Childcare?
We will emphasize a high level of
value or excellence in maintaining
standards, best practices and
attitudes that support the
development of children in our care.
The state regulates quality based on the following aspect:
• Ratio: The number of children per adult in a home or classroom
• Group Size: The total number of children
• Health: Policies and practices around illness, immunization, nutrition,
cleanliness, and preventing the spread of germs
• Safety: Practices to make sure the environment is safe, both indoors
and outdoors. This includes practices around First Aid and Infant and
Child CPR training for staff, fire precautions, criminal background
checks
• Training, education and experience of the provider: Assures that
providers are knowledgeable in child development and other related
topics
Quality care is more than
just following regulations,
it is embracing the
individual, developmental, and academic
needs of children;
meanwhile respecting parents as their
primary educators.
Research has shown that building positive relationships with
children and their families, plus providing safe developmentally
appropriate learning environments produces long lasting
positive effects on children’s cognitive and social development.
This includes:
developmentally appropriate curriculum
knowledgeable and well-trained teachers
comprehensive services that support the health, nutrition and
social well-being, in an environment that respects and supports
diversity
Employing effective practices in the
following stages of quality care
are essential for
every early childhood teacher.
Stages of Development
Children grow and develop at different rates. While their
pathways through childhood differ, most pass a set of
predictable milestones along the way.
The information presented here offers a map that can
help you follow a child's journey.
The map divides the developmental milestones
into four areas:
Physical Development
From the start, babies want to explore their
world. As they grow, children's determination to
master movement, balance, and fine-motor skills
remains intense.
Social and Emotional
Social and emotional milestones are often harder to

Meeting the needs of the whole child as an individual cognitively, physically, social & emotionally, and spiritually. We encourage families to partake in this process because we believe that team work is necessary and that parents are their child’s first teacher.
Vision
Our vision is to help the children we care for to become all they can be through a structured, loving, understanding, and safe, environment.
Mission
Our mission is to engage the students and their families in the learning process. We want to make learning fun and challenging for our children through the arts, and creative play. Each child is thought of as an individual so, we strive to meet their needs through lessons that are geared toward each child without making them feel different or separated from the other children in our care.
The assessment characteristic I will be using to focus on defining quality as a continuum is an ongoing assessment. The Early childhood Assessment is a tool I will be using as an ongoing assessment tool to collect information concerning each child for teachers, and the families of the children in my center. The information I gather will be used daily by myself, teachers, and parents to assess and assist children in the growth and develop process of each child, create a curriculum, set goals, and create an environment that is conducive for them cognitively, physically, socially and emotionally, and language wise. This assessment involves the teachers first observing the children and then documenting their findings. This assessment process will help us to run a more efficient and quality program for children and their families. By using this ongoing assessment tool we will be required to
· keep a record of each child’s growth and development
· specify the children that require extra support
· create an individualized plan for each child
· take note of their strengths and weaknesses
· ensure communication is strong between teachers, parents and other necessary staff members on a regular basis through home visits, parent conferences, and parent involvement activities in the center.
In an effort to ensure continuous improvement in my center will also welcome feedback from our parents.

Importance of developing public speaking skills in early childhood.pptxPankajShaw16
Your child may feel shy when it comes to pitching up conversations if he is an introvert. Stage fright usually develops at this age and concerns about being judged are common. Developing public speaking skills in your child is an important part of this content.
We all have good and bad thoughts from time to time and situation to situation. We are bombarded daily with spiraling thoughts(both negative and positive) creating all-consuming feel , making us difficult to manage with associated suffering. Good thoughts are like our Mob Signal (Positive thought) amidst noise(negative thought) in the atmosphere. Negative thoughts like noise outweigh positive thoughts. These thoughts often create unwanted confusion, trouble, stress and frustration in our mind as well as chaos in our physical world. Negative thoughts are also known as “distorted thinking”.

2024.06.01 Introducing a competency framework for languag learning materials ...Sandy Millin
http://sandymillin.wordpress.com/iateflwebinar2024
Published classroom materials form the basis of syllabuses, drive teacher professional development, and have a potentially huge influence on learners, teachers and education systems. All teachers also create their own materials, whether a few sentences on a blackboard, a highly-structured fully-realised online course, or anything in between. Despite this, the knowledge and skills needed to create effective language learning materials are rarely part of teacher training, and are mostly learnt by trial and error.
Knowledge and skills frameworks, generally called competency frameworks, for ELT teachers, trainers and managers have existed for a few years now. However, until I created one for my MA dissertation, there wasn’t one drawing together what we need to know and do to be able to effectively produce language learning materials.
This webinar will introduce you to my framework, highlighting the key competencies I identified from my research. It will also show how anybody involved in language teaching (any language, not just English!), teacher training, managing schools or developing language learning materials can benefit from using the framework.

2. • Remember the old days when children were punished for
minors? However, in recent years, the center of parenting has
switched to child-centered practices.
• Students these days are so focused on their studies and
activities that moral education has become vital, as it provides
them with a solid framework and direction for how to act and
react in various challenging situations.
• Moral principles must be instilled in people of all ages,
especially young children, because it is claimed that young
minds are empty, like a plain white sheet, and any mark we
leave will last for years.
• It takes a lot more for a teacher to instill a moral foundation in
their children since instructors are the ones that shape them.
INTRODUCTION
3. The Importance of building moral values in
kids
• Instilling moral principles in a youngster has the following advantages.
• Compassion, respect, kindness, and humility are examples of positive
character traits.
• Makes the youngster understand the difference between good and bad. It
has the potential to improve rational thinking and unbiased judgment in
the long run.
• Provides a viewpoint that influences one's attitudes and views about
numerous parts of life.
4. • Boosts their self-esteem and supports them in being positive
even in the face of adversity.
• Allows children to focus their efforts positively.
• As they grow into teens or adults, it serves as a moral compass,
guiding them away from the bad influences of peers, social
media, and society in general.
• Assists in the establishment of excellent social living standards.
5. • It is impossible to stress the importance of
building moral values in kids.
• Any successful society is built on the
character of its members, and a strong moral
foundation aids in the development of good
citizens who follow the rules and respect
their fellow humans.
• When children are taught from a young age
to be honest, kind, fair, and selfless.
6. • It will improve their quality of life as adults by
assisting them in making better decisions and
cultivating deeper relationships with people around
them.
• AWS is one of Raipur's best CBSE schools. We
recognize the value of communication and place a
premium on your child's overall development.
• When looking for the Top CBSE Schools in Raipur,
our constant performance is the primary reason.
7. We discussed the importance of building moral values in kids, but it is
not easy for every parent to make their children feel at ease during
the process. The methods listed below may prove beneficial.
• Be a role model for your children and lead by example in front of
them.
• Appreciate their efforts and encourage them to continue doing so.
• Share the lessons and experiences that have helped you grow as a
person.
How do we teach moral values to kids?
8. • Prepare an example-based communication plan to teach your
children.
• Make them put what they've learned in class into practice in
real life, such as helping others and speaking properly.
• Use modern technology for classes and activities, such as
videos and social media platforms.
9. • If you consistently encourage your child to uphold such moral
principles, you'll see that he or she is giving it their all.
• All they need is a little push to realize how important their
current efforts are for their future self.
• While youngsters are incapable of envisioning their future, the
brain is a strong and wonderful machine.
• Anything, including the importance of building moral values
in kids, is within your reach.
CONCLUSION
