2. A noun is the name of a person, place, thing or idea.
We have two groups of nouns, Concrete and Abstract.
Concrete Nouns: You can experience this group of nouns with your
five senses: you see them, hear them, smell them, taste them, and
feel them.
Examples of Concrete Nouns: book, chair, glass , grass , house and
lake.
3. Abstract Nouns: You cannot experience abstract nouns with your
senses.
Examples of Abstract Nouns: anger, difficulty, history, information,
progress and terror.
Also nouns can be singular or Plural by adding (s) to the singular
word.
As Examples: Frog: is a singular, to make it plural we add (s) then
it will be
Frogs: the plural noun.
