and R & R.
HCLP (Human Capital Learning Plan) preparation with Business Heads identifying the learning needs
and conducting learning programs as per the plan and analysing the effectiveness.
Handling Exit Documentation, Exit Interview, Full & Final settlement and carry out Attrition Analysis.
Co-ordinating for the KRA based annual Performance management system (PMS).
Organising CSR programs across region namely, Certification program to graduates with the tie up of
universities, Tree Plantation, Blood Donation camp & Training programs in orphanages on quarterly
basis.
Maintaining "Statutory Compliance" and ensuring the same across Pan India.
HR Communication of Policies and Compliances across PAN India and ensure all employees adhere to
it.
Handling grievances & emergencies of the employees and follow up with appropriate stakeholders to
ensure closure and formulating strategies to reduce.
MIS Management for all HR activities to track and maintain relevant records pertaining to whole
HR lifecycle.
Ensuring of Welfare Activities (Birthday, Wedding, New Born) throughout PAN India in co-ordination
with Business Heads.
