 Supervising housekeeping activities in the organization including travel, security & safety of the

 Handling queries related to office equipment, stationary, earthing, wiring, computers & taking care
of AMC.
 Liaising with Govt. Offices for smooth flow of operations.
 Preparing & maintaining MIS report as per the demand produced by RO so as to facilitate
decision making activities by the Top Management.
 Conducting proper monthly internal audit at the branches and ensuring compliance to the same
within a fortnight.
Training/Team Management
 Identifying and analyzing the weak areas & preparing actions plans and implementing them to
enhance operational efficiency.
 Organizing training programmes for personnel regarding systems operations & keeping them
informed about the modifications and changes.
 Conducting training programs, to enhance skills & motivational levels as a part of training team.
ORGANIZATIONAL EXPOSURE
Since Oct.’96 with Sahara India Pariwar as Asst.Manager, Regional Office
 Successfully handling 63 Branches/Franchisees in Maharashtra.
 Actively involved in preparing various reports on details of fixed deposits, loans etc given to public
for the company as well as reports related to traditional business (recurring business).
 Significant contribution in collecting and analyzing branch reports and statements and further
assembling them to the single report to be presented to senior offices, top Management for
formulating plans & taking decisions.
 Successfully reduced the cost on total receiving in comparison with pure expenses by preparing
timely MIS reports.
 Fundamental in implementing proper division of work among staff to accomplish the entire task
with maximum productivity.
 Organized job training for junior staff on daily routine to achieve maximum productivity.
