o Input the leave data in Oracle based ERP system & company software.
o Keeping the track of zonal employee’s expenses vouchers, loan deductions and other benefits
for which they are eligible on monthly basis.
o Managing the complete Payroll processing of around 1200 employees scattering across PAN
India.
o Collecting information on regular basis from respective Branches for Salary Processing.
o Provide continuous support to all the employees and resolve all queries related to their

• Statutory Compliance:
o Prepare monthly PF, ESIC and Professional Tax Challan & Timely payment of all statutory dues
like PF, PT, ESIC, MLWF.
o Prepare annual Form No. 5 of PF on monthly basis, giving Individual ESIC no. to new employees
who are covered under ESIC Scheme.
o Prepare PF and ESIC Return and submit it to respective Govt. authority.
o Coordinating with PF, ESIC & BMC Authorities for lisoning related issues as requirement.
o Ensuring 100 % statutory compliance for the plant & implementation of various provisions
regarding health, safety and welfare of the employees lay down under factory act.
• HR Process Administer:
o Planning for Annual HR budgeting at the time of ending of financial year.
o Design, update and share SOPs of all HR processes.
o On time reporting of instances of deviations of company policies, values & ethics.
• Annual & Mid term PMS Process :
o Part of PMS time while processing the annual appraisal of all employees & mid term appraisal
of eligible employees.
o Preparation of HIS for all department and coordinate with the concern HOD to follow proper
norms of rating system.
o Calculation of final approved increment percentage and updation of revised CTC in Oracle
based software.
o Issue and distribution of increment letters to all the employees through HOD.
o Analysis of increment and preparation of MIS for review in excel as well as in PPT.

o Finalize the CTC of shortlisted candidate as per CTC grid.
o Conduct the Parity exercise at the time of CTC finalization of shortlisted candidate and
Performance Appraisal.
o Calculation of CTC at the time of appraisal and updating of employee master as per the
revisions. Also keep the track of revised benefits of all the employees.
o Disbursement of SODEXO meal & gift passes to employees who are eligible as per their CTC
structure.
o Keeping track of LTA claims as per eligibility and Income Tax Act.
o Keep updates of all the notifications related to employee benefits.
• Employee Relation and Engagement Activities:
o Maintains effective employee relations through various employee engagement activities
regularly interacting with personnel in the offices and shop floor fostering a rapport of trust
with employees. This includes participation in executing the Positive Employee Relations
objectives of the supply chain HR strategy.
• Industrial Relation:
o To handle employee grievances and facilitate resolution of grievances with a view to ensuring
industrial harmony and positive discipline.

• Contract Labour Management & Administration:
o Management and control of contract labour as per laid down procedures to fulfil the
requirement of Plant.
o Negotiating and finalizing Labour Contract Agreement, SLA and AMC’s with contractors &
Vendors.
o Advice contractors on the matters of disciplinary action and statutory compliance.
o Ensure that Minimum Wages Act follows by the contractor while paying their wages.
o Inspection of labour contractor for compliance issues on monthly bases to make ensure all the
necessary requirements are fulfill by them.

o Calculation of actuarial valuation of leave encashment & Gratuity as per government rules and
regulation.
