Abstract
Scheduling of pharmaceutical industry is more challenging due to greater complexity of processes.
An overview on main time framework used in the basic structure of mathematical programming
formulations for the production scheduling. The models are based on continuous or discrete time
representation. In this paper I study only importance of these time representation and how to use
for the scheduling of processes. I also describe the regular and non regular production scheduling for
the multipurpose batch plants.

It was January 7th, 2017, the weather alert had been right, there was a pretty darn big snowstorm
outside, but inside, of the Boston Latin School auditorium, the 10th Annual MMEA Eastern Senior
District Festival were filled with excited spirits that were much bigger. There was a smattering of
students from each school in the Eastern District, and many BLS students were part of them. A
feeling of awe and admiration floated through me as I saw them enter the stage. In 4 years, I would
be just like them, I hoped.
There were 4 fantastic music ensembles that would perform: Concert Band, Orchestra, Jazz Band,
and Chorus. Each group had a particular conductor, but all performed with much skill, gusto, and
professionalism.
The first to perform was the Concert Band, conducted by Dr. Emily Threinen (Director of Bands
at the Univeristy of Minnesota School of Music), with pieces such Nitro by Frank Ticheli and

The following show was the Senior Jazz Band, with only 20 students, conducted by Dr. Andrew
Goodrich (Director of various Jazz Bands, writer of reviews and articles realted to Jazz

I am currently reading the book Pinned by Sharon G. Flake. I started reading this because I ve

to the death and dying process. Higher stages of grief implementation, utilization occurs within the
grief and hospice care. Kubler Ross and Kessler (nd) indicates that misunderstanding surrounds
her stages of death as those focused on the typical responses that people experience when they
suffer a loss. Kubler Ross and Kessler acknowledge how everyone is unique, and this includes
his or her grieving process. Within the framework of this model, the first stage of loss is denial.
The emphasis on death and dying are for the person who is dying. Within the grieving process, the
family is in denial that the loved one has died. This process is more figurative rather than factual.
Denial is a defense mechanism implemented as they are not ready to acknowledge the loss of a
loved one. When the individual becomes stronger, the denial diminishes, and the emotions began to

Intro Who is he? Henry Ford ( 1863 1943 ) was one of America s foremost industrialists. He
revolutionized production of the automobile/transportation. Ford was born on July 30, 1863, in a
place near Dearborn, Michigan. Over the years, he worked as an engineer for the Edison
Illuminating Company in Detroit. His first developed/built form of transport was gasoline
powered. He built a gasoline powered horseless carriage called the Quadricycle, in the shed behind
his home. Years later, Ford developed and built the Ford Model T car in 1908. He then developed
the assembly line made of production, revolutionizing the industry. Resulting in millions of cars
sold and becoming a world famous company head. The company s market dominance was lost, but

sense, but it could be argued that religion and art are similar metaphors; that, for the poet, his
