REVIEW OF LITERATURE Forecasting literature is replete with a number of studies ranging from
simple time series forecasting models to econometric models as also the forecasting models
employing artificial intelligence techniques etc. Researchers have employed the forecasting models
with a view to finding out the forecasted demand of traffic for a particular period. However, the study
findings reveal that there does not exist a single model which consistently outperforms other models in
all situations. Quantitative forecasting methods can be categorized under three broad heads: (1) time
series modeling, (2) econometric models and (3) other quantitative models (Song and Li, 2008). Under
time series models, several techniques are available, e.g. Moving Average, Exponential Smoothing,
Holt s Model, Winter s Model, ARIMA etc. (Makridakis et al, 2003). In time series model, particular

The pursuit of happiness is the reason for our existence (Aristotle, 2004) The Greek word that usually
gets translated as happiness is eudaimonia, and like most translations from ancient languages, there is
a loss of deeper meaning in translation. According to Aristotle happiness (eudaimonia) is the central
purpose of human life and a goal in itself (Aristotle, 2004) (Creed, Wardman 1963). Because of this
ideology, Aristotle devoted much of his time discussing and explaining this philosophy (Hughes,
2001). Even though he lived on the other side of the world as Mencius, they both came to similar
conclusions about happiness it is the cultivation of virtue (Creed, Wardman 1963). These virtues when
studied are more individualistic when compared to Confucian or Buddhist ideology. To Aristotle
happiness was not just the not just a result of one facet of life but all facets mental, spiritual, physical
and social (Hardie, 1980). In this way he introduced the idea of that the purpose (telos) of humanity
was to pursue happiness (Eudemonia) (Aristotle, 2004) (Creed, Wardman 1963). In this paper I will

Taylor uses a metaphor in line two stating, My heart was made Thy tinder box, . Taylor compares his
heart to a tinderbox as it is soft and fragile . This line show Taylor s strict connection to God. He is

again. In line three he also uses a metaphor stating, My ffections were Thy tinder in t, (Taylor). Taylor
compares his affections to tinder that sits inside his heart. He has a lot of affections and has no doubts

Why Is Huck Finn Being Civilized
I am nothing like Huckleberry Finn. On the first page of this book Huckleberry says You don t know
me without you have read a book by the name of The Adventures of Tom Sawyer. Throughout
Huckleberry Finn, we learn the many different characteristics of Huckleberry Finn. Through this, I
have learned that I enjoy many things that Huckleberry Finn does not appreciate.
I love being educated and being civilized. Huckleberry Finn, on the other hand, hates the idea of both

should be. The stiff, uncomfortable clothes the widow makes him wear cause him to sweat and sweat,
