I took this picture to capture the artist in a natural, unposed situation. I cropped the image so the person is the main focus and turned it to black and white to make it more interesting. I cropped the image so the face is the main focus and changed it to black and white to match another image for a double page spread. I changed the image to black and white so the facial features stand out and to suit its music genre for the contents page. I changed the contrast so the band is the main focus, toned down the brightness, and created more shadows to make the image look darker and more mysterious. I originally changed the contrast, shadows and brightness for the front cover but then cropped the image for another background
This is the table that i drew up that shows the essential props that will be needed for certain images and also the the type of camera shots that are going to be use d for each image.;

2. I took this picture to capture the artiste in a position
that wasn’t posed so that it looked like a normal
situation. I therefore cropped the image so that the
person is the main feature and focus, as well as
turning it to black and white and changing the
contrast on Photoshop, so that it looks more
interesting.
3. I cropped this image so that the face is the main
focus as well as changing it to black and white so
that it is similar to the image of the other artiste for
my double page spread. I also think black and
white images make thee facial features stand out.
4. Here I changed the
image to black and
white so that the
features stand out as
well as making the
image suit it’s genre of
music. I wanted to put
this image on my
contents page and so I
cropped it from the
background and so that
I could put it on
whatever background
was suitable and
therefore would make
the page look different
and more interesting.
5. I changed the contrast on this image so that it looked more
toned as well as cropping the sides so that the band are the
main focus. I also toned down the brightness and created
more shadows to make the image look darker and more
mysterious.
6. I originally just changed the contrast, shadows and brightness
on this image because I am using it for my front cover, but
when I tried it on my front page I realized that I wanted my
front cover to be completely white and so cropped the image
so that I could use another background as well as cropping the
image so that it was more so a MCU than a Mid Shot.
